Love the smell... and my hair has been so silky soft. and shiny, a small amount goes a long.... way... I haven't used it long enough to see if iy helps with breakage , which is why i bought it , but so far I'm loving it!

Too expensive and smell of shampoo is bad
The shampoo has a very unpleasant smell. Conditioner is ok but for the price I would not buy again especially the shampoo

not sure whats wrong but the shampoo and conditioner are like water. no smell and texture like water. very disappointed. was like washing my hair with dish detergent.

very small bottles. I returned it not worth over $50. would have only lasted like 1 months.

Be aware of "diverted" products
This was, unfortunately, not a genuine product. The color of the bottles is not the same and it did not leave my hair the same. The real product leaves my hair moisturized and shiny. I looked up info on line and Redken only guarantees products sold in salons or by two other vendors, Walmart is not one of them. Very disappointed and returned it. This stuff is just too expensive not to get the real product.
