the bottle is too large, my fault but its hard to use so next time I will order smaller, maybe manufacture should produce smaller more useable bottles, the containers are so hard

Not the same as original product. Suspect it's not a genuine product.

This is not the genuine Redken product. It is mixed with something else. I wasn't positive but the entire time I used it, I didn't think it seemed the same and it didn't work the same on my hair. When I got low, I reordered the product directly from Redken and it is completely different!! Very thick like I remember. It was very obvious the first time I used the new bottle. I don't know if this seller is the one who's substituting fake ingredients but if it's not them, then it's the person they're buying the product from. BUYER BEWARE. PRODUCT IS NOT GENUINE!

Bottle was wrapped already broken before sent. No damage to box except for the inside where conditioner was everywhere. They should have just sent me a replacement. Not make me send it back. That's true customer service. It's a $25 product. Not acceptable.
