I have been using this for years. It is quite thick. It is an excellent conditioner.

I really like this conditioner, it does make hair soft. I also use the Redken All Soft Shampoo.

This is the quality as when I get it from a salon.

I asked my stylist for something to get rid of the frizzes that won't grease up my fine hair. She recommended the Redkin All Soft Shampoo, Cream Rinse and Heavy Cream. With my fine hair, but dry ended hair I was not about to use ALL three at once, but I did use the shampoo and heavy cream with wonderful results. To avoid buildup I used a different shampoo and All Soft Cream rinse the next time I washed my hair. I will probably use one or two of the All Soft products every time I wash my hair as it eliminates the dry ends and gets rid of the frizzes, but sometime just use one to avoid build up on my hair.

Conditions well and makes your hair so soft. Best conditioner I've found to get my hair through the winter when it gets so dry.

I received a fake, the seal that usually comes on the bottle was not there as seen in photo. Photo of bottle with seal was bought at salon in JCP. Cannot trust the product inside or the vendor that shipped it and will be returning. Beware of items that are not shipped directly from Walmart, especially from health and beauty department. This is not a rating on product as I won't be using this particular bottle.

I've been buying this conditioner for 10 years or more. The bottle came without the seal and the texture of the conditioner is nowhere near that of Redken. If you purchase from this place, make sure the seal is on the bottle.

it supposed to be soft for dry and brittle hair but felt very harsh on the hair. Not recommended.
