Gets rid of dryness and damage, softens but allows my curls to remain and manageable. Leaves my hair feeling in great condition. I even use their anti-snap leave in treatment which I would also recommend. Once you try it you will not be disappointed

Cleans hair great!
My hair is untreated. Never colored it. My hair is straight as a string. U used to have to was daily, until I used this shampoo. If it works so well on untreated hair, I can just imagine how it works on treated hair!

Best Shampoo
We have been using this shampoo for many years and it does the job without causing tears. Actually I have used Redken shampoo since 1967 and will keep using it until I die.

Nice for volume.
I like this shampoo. It gives my hair volume. The bottle is heavy and is easier to lift by putting smaller amounts in travel bottles.

Everything with my purchase was excellent. However, Fed Ex left it on top of my mailbox at the street rather than bringing it up to my house. That is unacceptable. I trust you will speak with Fed Ex about this so it doesn't happen again.
