I have very straight, thin hair %26 this mousse, along with several other products makes my hair appear thick. It makes your hair shinny too. I love it.

The product's top was broken, making it very hard for me to use. The sad thing is that no matter where I order it from, the top comes broken off.

This is a bottle of Redken mousse. I have used this product for a while and really like it. The packaging was very bad! It was sent in a bag with some loose pieces of styrofoam providing little protection for the bottle. When it arrived the top was broken off leaving no way to dispense the mousse so it's $29 down the drain. Now I will have to contact walmart to see if they will make it good.

Poor packaging, damaged product
I have ordered this product twice and both times it has arrived damaged and not usable. The shipping does not provide enough packaging so that the top does not break. Since the items were defective both times, I did receive a prompt refund.
