I'm a big fan of original Reece peanut butter cups %26 have been for years. I particularly like the king size 4 packs, and buying by the case is so much cheaper.

This product arrived as 24 individual packs of Reece's, not in a Reece's box, just in the shipping box. So far, 8 of the packs of Reece's have been melted and discolored when opened. I received the product that will be past its best by date 2 months after my purchase. The price was great but I would not recommend.

they had been previously melted and rehardened and had white oil spots that appeared to have gotten slightly rancid after being expelled from the chocolate :/

Both boxes were completely crusher, including the reeses cups themselves, and had a terrible taste. if they were actually edible, theyd have been good

Ordered 2 boxes. Both boxes arrived and clearly obvious they were dated, not fresh. Boxes had been damaged and repaired to ship. Candy was stale and damaged inside individual bar packaging. Most of the product delivered ended up discarded as trash.

Although Reese's is a favorable product, the packaging should be improved especially since the product is, can be (has been) or may be left in the sun without notification of delivery.

Item was shipped without cool packs in Florida weather. Plus delivery date was changed for some reason, then put back to original date. I blame that on FedEx.

What seemed to be a good deal on a large quantity of Reeses cups that I needed for a party was not. I could feel them and tell they were mis-shaped and sunken and a mess. Obviously had melted somewhere along the line. The expiration was pretty soon. I opened one and had a couple bites of a square cup and it was awful! I would have been so embarrassed to give those to guests. So I returned to the store to learn they were from a "third party" and refund would take a while. How do we know it's a third party? I was on Walmart's website. Now I sit and hope to get my money back. Meanwhile, paid full price for the same bars but they are fresh. No more online shopping on that site.

I will be contacting customer service. The candy came completely mushed together when the Halloween trick-or-treating were opening it completely disappointing.
