Love this medication. It's the most soothing, refreshing and relieving to my severe eye dryness. Although it's a night lubricant, I use it anytime whenever my eyes need it. Strongly recommend it to anyone with moderate to severe eye dryness. I must pinpoint that some of the vials included in box are partially empty. But still I would not change it for nothing in the world.
I have tried Restasis and other prescribed medications for issues after cataract surgery with my eyes being dry, tired, and painful. A nurse friend told me about this because she was using it and it really worked for me. I was putting warm compresses on my eyes almost daily until I started using Refresh.
A few years ago, I had Bell's Palsy. Whereas most of the paralysis cleared on its own, a droop on one side of my face evident when I'm tired, my eye on that side doesn't close all the way. This lubricant has been amazing on keeping my eye from being so irritated all the time.
My doctor recommended these preservative free Refresh Celluvisc lubricating gel drops. I have dry eyes and only use these at night right before bed. With them being gel drops they're a little thicker and so you'll notice it makes your vision at little blurry but that's normal. I highly recommend these drops.
i had used systane single use previously. then came across refresh. started using their single use. loved it. then upgraded to these of the single use. omg first off can we just say the gel like drops glide on, a couple blinks and omg the dry eye feels so much better. and the relief last so long. truly worth it
I use this gel every morning and every night it helps my dry eyes during peak allergy season. It gives me all day and all night relief along with my prescription eye drops. So far I haven't needed tear duct plugs and my eyes don't feel like there's sand paper in them.
Dry eyes be gone! This gel is best applied right before bed. Otherwise you will be struggling to see through the oily substance. If you struggle with dryness definitely try these and you will see they help to keep the eyes lubricated all day!
Great for those times when regular drops do not do enough. Keep in mind, however, that this stuff is thicker, so avoid using it right before you need clarity in sight (e.g., driving). Great at bedtime.
It was recommended by my ophthalmologist because my dry eye condition following cataract surgery. I found that the gel formula lasts a longer time and keeps my eyes moist.
These are the worst eye drops I have ever tried. I don't know if they are defective or what but when I put these in my eyes it feels like I have shards of plastic in my eye for more than a minute. It is not "soothing" at all. In addition to that, the vials are defective. As some other reviewers stated, they are difficult to get the drop to even squeeze out as if they are not sealed well, allowing air in where it shouldn't be. These really need to be looked into creating a recall. Based on how they feel and a seemingly defective vial, I am scared to use them so I have wasted my money.
