My ophthalmologist forced me to buy and use Refresh Relieva PF Preservative-Free Artificial Tears Lubricant Eye Drops multiple times a day for a week before having my eyes measured for cataract surgery. This ensured my eyes were measured correctly to obtain the correct lens power. But the real benefit came a few hours after cataract surgery when my eye felt like an eyelash had been stuck in the eye. Because I just had surgery on my eye, I was told not to touch or wash the eye for a week. It didn't hurt but was very annoying for six hours before I used these eye drops. The annoyance went away instantly, the blurriness decreased, and I could see and read things at a distance without glasses. I now wish I had used these drops a few hours earlier. Great product but it can be VERY difficult to squeeze one drop out of the bottle!
Great product for dry eyes after cataracts lens replacement. My eye surgeon recommended the preservative FREE blend after surgery. The only issue is the face they are hard to make the drops come out. It should not be this difficult. Just know you really need to squeeze the bottle hard! Other than that its a good product and I keep one in my purse, desk and pocket when I am working. My surgeon totally endorsed this. make sure its the PF one.
These eye drops work wonders if you have Sjogrens disease. My ophthalmologist recommended these drops for me as they are preservative free. I have very bright eyes and use these drops 3 to 4 times a day including a drop in each eye before I go to bed at night.
These are the best eye drops that I have tried in a long time. I have been diagnosed by my ophthalmologist with dry eye and my eyes get tired towards the end of the day. A couple drops of this eye drop medication in my ear eyes feel great.
Until they fix the container. I was only able to get about 1/2 the product out of bottle. I finally got a pin inserted into bottle and it still did not allow liquid to release. I did order a 2nd bottle because I like the product. This one is much better. I am able to hold over eye, squeeze and not poke out my eye trying to squeeze the liquid out.
My ophthalmologist recommended this product. When I actually used it, I found that it was very difficult to use and this is why: you have to squeeze the bottle and wait and wait for the drops to appear and fall out of the bottle and then it takes too long for the bottle to reinflate so you can squeeze more drops out. I no longer use the product. I have since found a product which is very easy to use which immediately lets the drops loose, and is much nicer, much easier, and more convenient to use. I would not recommend this product. This is the first time I have ever written a review like this.
Why such a complicated dropper design? Squeezing like crazy trying to get a single drop out, just awful. The drops themselves are good quality but the bottle design makes these expensive drops virtually unusable. Would definitely NOT buys again. Hurts extra as I paid $10 additional for express delivery, just for the struggle.
Beware, buyers who do not have a lot of strength in their hands. The bottle, while designed to prevent contamination of this preservative-free product, is so poorly designed that it is nearly impossible to use. I followed the instructions exactly for priming and subsequent uses, but am unable to get any drops out of the bottle most of the time. I occasionally can squeeze out some liquid by using great force with both hands or pliers. The product is effective when I can get it out of the bottle, but that rarely happens. I had to buy a Refresh product in a traditionally designed bottle.
It seemed like forever to get in the bottle it was sealed up better than Fort Knox. Very hard for an older person I'm sure people older and with arthritis wouldn't be able to open it without help. I thought I was going to have to wait for my son to open it. Then after finally getting it opened I couldn't put them in my eyes because the bottle wouldn't fit in the auto drop I use so I did have to wait for my son so he could put the drops in my eyes!
This was the hardest eye drop to get out of the bottle I've ever experienced! At 1 point, it looked like some little square cloth came out somehow laying on top of dispenser that was a little freaky trying to figure out why that absorbent white square riveted item was on the top of the bottle came from. I know I had nothing to do with it. Not recommended!
