Autoimmune disease and extreme dry eye syndrome go hand in hand. These in my case, clear the double vision almost instantly for about 3 hours. My eye surgeon told me about these and they work better than the gel drops. My condition is severe and my eyes don't lubricate on their own so I use OTC eye drops under the supervision of my eye doctors. If you are in the same boat but with different oars these are worth asking your eye doctor about if insurance doesn't cover prescription drops. I missed this eye drop bad when Iran out. I couldn't find it except here at Walmart. These bottles are so easy to use and you don't waste any of the drops. The other brand dry eye drops I have tried, can not compare to Refresh Tears. I personally feel Refresh Tears keep my eyes hydrated longer than other brands I've tried. I have to apply drops every hour and this is the only drops I recommend.

I like the combo pack because the expiration date is far out, I save money, the size is convenient to carry and I always have a supply. Walmart has the best price and highly recommend!

I've been getting dry eyes recently and these have been fantastic for relieving that. The ease of use is straightfoward, the bottle comes with a little plastic seal that you just peel off. You unscrew the cap and put a drop in each eye and that is plenty to provide relief. I had itchiness and redness especially after waking up but also after long days of looking at a computer monitor. I use these two and sometimes 3 times a day and its immediate relief. I used to use refresh tears back when I wore contacts and am glad to see theyre still effective eye drops.

Just a good product for dry eyes that's reasonably priced, especially in the two-pack. I've used these drops regularly for just over a year and they work beautifully to relieve the nasty symptoms of dry eyes. I have found this to be a safe and effective product.

I like that these drops are for moisturization only, and contain no medicine and thus can be used as frequently as needed. I often get very dry eyes that make it impossible to see properly so I like to make sure I have some on hand.

My eyes get itchy and my eye doctor recommended this over Visine. In fact, my doc flinched when I told him I use Visine. This is pure stuff. It soothes and stops the itching quickly.

Great price point, and compared to store brand it is better for you. About same price as well! Which was surprising. Helps my husband , likes to work in yard…and I have EDS, so very dry eyes. Lubricates well.

The product itself is fine. My review here is in regard to the packaging. A better package safety seal is necessary. My online order was fulfilled. When I picked up my order, the box seal was broken and the two bottle contents were gone. Be sure to inspect this item before use.

Had to review it as a one star as Walmart didn't deliver the eye drops in the delivery. Not only out $15 as there is no customer service of a live person to fix the problem. Not the first order from Walmart missing items and no recourse to get any assistance. Only their AI bot that is totally useless. Now shopping at Target. Higher price but they give the red card 5% discount so prices are comparable. Walmart is a big scam, cheating on delivery items. I am gone
