When you have low testosterone your eyes real gritty. Refresh xtra pf is the one to use. It puts a thicker coat down, and lasts longer. There is one problem when attempting to self drop: the manufacturer does not make an Autodroper with squeeze wings. I called the manufacturer and they told me their engineering department has not figured out how to design the auto dropper for it. Neither has any other company. The Refresh xtra pf bottle is a fat snub nose bottle and will not work in Autodrop droppers on the market today. Nor does any company have desires to make one. There are easy ways to do it, but their engineers don't have the smarts to do it; nor will they contact users who can tell how to make it.

I am a repeat buyer of Refresh. I was convinced that this product works when I put drops in one eye and couldn't get to the other and forgot. One eye felt better and smoother. I keep one at work, one in the car, and one at home.

These eye drops are great! I've been having an issue with dry eyes lately and these are such a big help. They make my eyes feel so much better. They are so soothing and bring quick relief.

I've been using these for a few years now ever since the homeopathic eye drops were taken off the market. I will say that I think they're WAY too expensive, but they work well.

the liquid works great. I had a lot of trouble squeezing the bottle to get the drop out. I don't see how the elderly or people with limited arm or hand use can apply the drops.

It releases an extra drop that either hits you in the face or clings to the top of the bottle, which gets into the next eye, negating its sterility. I miss my eye a lot, because 1) I can't tell where the drop's coming from, and 2) it's difficult to squeeze it out. So, I'm actually wasting far more than half the bottle. Won't buy again.

The packaging and product are substandard. The drops smell spoiled. I contacted the manufacturer, concerned about safety and they informed me they were aware that the drops had a “fishy Odor”. A result of “sterilization” and assured me of the products' safety. I found this explanation unsatisfactory and requested a refund. They refused. They admitted that they had multiple complaints and had refused to refund other unhappy consumers. I filed a complaint with the FDA because I was concerned about general consumer safety. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. The company has not responded to the complaint. I find this very concerning that they feel no obligation to respond. I did just receive some coupons in the mail with no explanation. They also sent me an email requesting the product back even though they refused me a refund?????? I informed them that the FDA recommended keeping the product in the event of potential future testing by the FDA.
