Sturdy
This base appears to b well made and came with stainless steel mounting screws

All parts arrived in a timely manner
Liked the fact the replacement screws were stainless steel. Will not rust. Was about 2" shorter than original. Will add spacers to lift the vent up for better air flow.

Simple and Works
I replaced another unit that allowed the cover to sit taller and allow better circulation. Added some plastic inserts to this and had the same height and circulation.
