Exactly ly what I wanted

I really needed reflective color, we just moved into a new house and our back yard doesn't have a gate so every once in a while my dog likes to attempt to sneak off. Especially at night! This gives me peace of mind just incase he sneaks away from me again to wander off into the alley. Not to mention summer time is too hot for me to deal so sometimes our walks are late at night and this collar is perfect for that. Also I didn't realize this was chew proof but I actually trust that it is (I cant speak for all doggo's). Now just to get a new gate!

It's reflective! It's waterproof! It's adjustable! I couldn't be happier with this collar! The collar is plastic, but it's soft and flexible! There is no bend, like other collars! They claim it's breakable and your dog can get unstuck if it were to get caught. I'll have to take their word for it because I don't want to break it.

The beauty of this dog collar by Regal is that it lives up to its impressive description. This collar has weight and substance to it that is different from traditional woven (soft) fabric collars. It is waterproof and has a pliable, non-woven, soft plastic texture. Its reflective features are a valuable asset and stand out when light bounces off them. My impression is that this collar has lasting durability. My dog, Sugar Bear, is a 10 year-old Jack Russell. Neck measurement 12". The first thing I noticed when I asked her to try on the collar, is that it seemed longer than her current collar. I compared her current collar and indeed, the Regal collar measured several inches longer. After I secured it, I notoiced excess that was sticking out at the end of the buckle, more than what she has with her current (soft) collar. Her current collar is 1/2" in width and comfortable for her short Jack Russell neck. Regal's collar is 3/4 " in width. Regal's collar is also heavier than her cloth collar. So it has more of a "presence" on her. I am not sure if I can clip the protruding excess for a better fit for her. I plan to consult with Regal on this. Overall, I am impressed with the collar that has all indications that it will out-perform traditional soft-woven collars.
