My gate has been serving me well. Needed a replacement part that is not serviceable but part of the gate itself. Called customer service at Regalo and talked to Nancy. She took the time to listed and understand my needs. She sent out a replacement to get my gate back in solid working order. Highly recommend Regalo for their excellent customer service and support!

Very nice looking , I like it a lot exactly what I needed .i got this for my wash room sink so it will be easier to wash our dogs . And it's perfect . I recommend this is by far perfect for my needs .

I have four dogs that I like to leave in their bedroom at night time. The first day I put it up they pushed the gate open. All you have to do is tighten the hinges down, it does make opening and closing the door harder, but then your dogs can't push it open.

this gate is absolutely amazing and tall enough thankfully to keep the dog from jumping over it as well as slightly difficult to remember to lift your foot Over the Bar on the bottom but beautiful accessory to the home with only slight difficulty installing. hope it lasts a lot longer than the last from a different company.

For this price this is a great gate. I use it in my sunroom for my dogs to keep them from scratching at the door. I like how it is hinged and a swing gate door that also has a latch and clasp. Relatively easy to assemble and install too, which was nice. I I'll be curious to see how long it lasts. So far so good!

Love the design putting together takes two people.one of the bolts for door had no head on it,no extras either. So trip to hardware store. Other wise great for me .

we have bought two, sure the gate stays latched and its easy to use, but BOTH of our gates have broken at the inside section of the door, one the bar popped out, the other the whole door broke off.as in the metal snapped not the hinges, the last bar of the door.... and of course i didnt get the warranty so im just out two gates now. didnt think they wouldnt be able to withstand a 3yr old 🤔

The item is fine. When it was delivered it was placed between the garbage and recycle can at the end of my driveway which is 200' long. My order specifically said door delivery. Had it not been for company who came over last night, I would never have known it was there. I ordered 2 things, the first was delivered early right to my door. When I tracked the gate, it said it was still in process of being delivered. No wonder packages go missing from Walmart deliveries.

I do not recommend this gate! Upon opening I realized its broken at the gate attachment peice not only that but its bronze and not black so frustrating I have spend my time returning it and ordering an different gate.

I give this gate a big 0 zero! Gate is defective. There's a big gap. Therefore, the gate does not close. I will be returning the item. I wish I was able to put the stars, but I had to put one star I don't wanna give it any stars. I will return this item today.
