The quality of this knife was not up to my expectations, unfortunately. The blade felt wider than what can cut smoothly in a bread loaf. I did like the design of the handle, but overall felt like it was too heavy and clunky for delicate cutting. Get what you pay for ;)

Had to file down a piece of metal on the handle so it didn't scratch your palm. If my husband wasn't able to take care of this issue, I would have returned it. Cuts great. Overall good for the price.
