It is the first time I try with a Remington item and I am surprised for the excellent quality and appearance of this item. The All In One Grooming Kit is a product for a gift or for your self at a very good price. Beautiful design and color in a strong polycarbonate body. Stainless steel blades and a bunch of accessories. Very happy with this item! :)

I love remington grooming products, I have had some kind of remington trimmer or groomer as long as I've had any facial hair to speak of. So you might need to take my review with a grain of salt. My last groomer was a remington and it lasted the better part of five years of being worked hard and put away with minimal cleaning. My facial hair is apparently very hard for electric razors to cut, it ate through four or five different trimmers in one year before getting to my last remington. This new one seems to be the same model as my last trimmer with the added durability features and the fun yellow color. and it has performed to the same standard of hard use so far that my last one did. This trimmer gives me very precise lines under my chin with very little stubble that is easily cleaned up with a razor, and shortens my overall beard very evenly and doesn't leave my beard feeling overly rough or coarse like some others have in the past. Overall, as long as this trimmer performs as long as my last one did I will continue buying remington into the far future.

I always wanted a nose trimmer and this is one of the attachments included in the kit. Also supplied is a nice little travel pouch to keep all the attachments together including the charging cord. The REMINGTON Virtually Indestructible All-in-One Grooming Kit is one nice item. I really like it. I have an older electric hair cutter I have been using for over 40 years. It has an electric cord and is fairly heavy. I thought I would never want another but, after receiving this one, I was really surprised at the difference. This unit is smaller, which just fits your hand just right. It is a whole lot lighter; only several ounces. It doesn't require an electric cord which makes it really portable and versatile. Plus, it's a lot quieter and doesn't get hot potato hot after using it for a period of time. The heads are also removable and washable which makes it a lot more sanitary. There are a lot of clip on attachments for different lengths of cutting that also makes it quite handy when cutting your own hair just for the right length needed. The smallest clip on really makes it easy to get a close cut without the fear of being wounded. My old one would cut through anything that got in front of it, hair, nails, skin, wood, etc. I really had to be careful. With this one, I have no more worries about making a false slip and cutting off something you didn't want to lose. I really like it. I would recommend it to anyone and also suggest that it makes a great gift for male or female.

Well, having owned many grooming kits over the years, I don't recall any being "destroyed", but now I have one less thing to worry about. That being said, the Remington Multigroomer 4500 does come with a Lifetime Warranty. The Polycarbonate Shell is molded in an attractive yellow with black trim, and stainless steel blades. The motor feels powerful, and a full charge of the Lithium battery yields 90 minutes of trimming fun. A full charge requires 4 hours, also mentioned is a 5 minute "quick charge feature", but no further information is given about that... Also included is an adjustable full size trimmer attachment, with increments from 2 through 20. Five clip on combs ranging from 1.5 to 12 millimeters. Rounding out the kit is a nose, ear and detail trimmer, a charging cube, and a handy black carrybag to store everything in. The instruction pamphlet even includes some trimming tips for the various attachments. I have used it several times already for this review, and it is a very handy, well made product. You can even do some light hair trimming around the ears and back of the neck. My favourite attachment is the full size trimmer, because of the wide range of settings. Two things not included; a tiny brush for cleaning the blades and combs, and a little tube of light machine oil for the blades. Both of these items, especially the brush, are usually included with electric razors, and some trimmers, so you are probably all set with that. I really like this trimmer, and even though my attempts at growing a full beard are failures, I still find many uses for this fine product.

I like the fact that you can not only see the Groomer through the package, but they also display and label the attachments available: Nose & Ear, 10-Length Comb, Stubble Comb and 4 Beard Combs. The groomer being bright yellow and black, bright but contrasting colors, means that it'll be harder to lay down and lose. Upon opening, I realized there was only 1 Beard Comb showing. That's for display purposes, the other 3 are packed separately in the package. The other 3 Beard Combs, the charger and a black Travel Pouch are in a box taped to the back of the internal package. The first thing that I did was read the instructions because it may be 'Virtually Indestructible', but I wanted to make sure I didn't break anything. I helped with not only how attach the various combs, but also how to swap between the two main attachments. The instructions say that the lithium battery will fully charge in 4 hours and last for 90 minutes. That's enough time for a number of uses before a recharge is needed. The two attachment heads (Full Size Trimmer & Nose/Ear Trimmer)are interchangeable on the Groomer Body by turning the attachment counter-clockwise and lifting it off. Turning it the opposite direction, you can feel the new head snap into place. I really like the main trimmer. It worked great to trim the bottom of my mustache, so it's not a soup strainer. It was very easy to trim the fine hair on the back of my neck and some very bushy beard hair at the back of my jaw line. The Hair Comb slides straight down over the Trimmer Head. The Hair Comb has numbers 2-20 on the side that match up to a silver arrow on the side of the Trimmer Head. The #2 setting is for the closest trim with #20 leaving the hair longer. It was a matter of trial and error to get the perfect setting to trim my sideburns and the hair above my ears. Not sure if I was doing something wrong, but I wasn't impressed with the Nose/Ear Trimmer. Didn't seem to work well and I quit using it when the attachment started to feel warm. The Beard and Stubble Combs are labeled on each comb - 1.5 to 12 mm. I didn't use any of the combs because I have a long bushy beard that doesn't get trimmed or cut. The black bag may be called a Travel Pouch, but I use it to hold all the combs so I don't lose anything. Harder to lose a good sized bag than individual combs. When writing this review there was an item below the stars listed as 'Scent'. No idea why, so I just marked it with 1 bar since the trimmer has no odor (scent).

Remington Virtually Indestructible All-in-One Grooming Kit for Men I've been using this new machine for a month, and I have some good and bad comments about it. I have been doing my beard and my hair, by myself, for last 18 years or more, so I have tested several models and types of grooming machines. This new Remington really impress me, it is great quality and well made, de design and the materials are indestructible. The cut is very smooth and ease to use, also the lithium battery is amazing, it last forever and the recharging time is very short. It is easy to clean, and washable, but it is not waterproof, something that I would love to have, taking in consideration I like to cut my hair inside my shower, but this is a particular and personal opinion that doesn't affect the performance of this machine. The machine come with a set of different trim accessories, some interchangeable and one that is adjustable, this particular one was a great idea to have on this machine, but it doesn't work well, the adjustments are nor very accurate and I easy to lose the adjustment while you are using It. In general, it is a great machine, especially because of the quality and the battery, I would recommend it especially if you are not looking for a professional super accurate machine, this is great for daily uses.

I've owned several Remington model shaver/groomers over the past years and I am still using a model PG6025 that will run over a hour on a charge and it has never needed sharpening. I sport a Vandyke type beard so these type razors really come in handy. I received this groomer to try out and review but I could not bring myself to drop it on the floor several times to test it's "Indestructibility" though I can see how it's thick rubber grip and polycarbonate shell versus plastic would help if it was dropped on a hard floor. With a $25 price tag, i feel this version is lacking attachments and I wish it had a foil shaver like my old model has. It only includes a ear and nose trimmer with five beard and stubble thickness combs and the "haircut" attachment that has 10 settings from 2mm-20mm. This groomer is more than what I paid for my older model about 5 years ago but It's a lot quieter and has the tougher housing/grips.Comes with a handy travel bag and would be good for taking camping.It claims a 90 minutes runtime so I let it run after a full 4 hour charge and it did surpass that.

Don't even think about buying this, unless you only want the trimmer and never want to use any of the accessories! I'll explain. So, I was excited to try this out as currently I am using a separate trimmer for beard, mustache and sideburns and then a detail trimmer for nose and ear hair. One all in one unit would be great. Alas, it was not to be. The trimmer itself is very robust and has great ergonomics. Fits in the hand well and has nice rubber grips. As to the trimmer, it works well. Runs at a good speed and is not excessively noisy. Also packs a lithium ion battery that is alleged to hold a charge for up to 90 minutes. I never got far enough to test that. I tried the nose and ear trimmer accessory. For one, during use it heats up. Not that it will burn you, but just enough to be uncomfortable. Worse yet, it does a really poor job at trimming these areas. It will get any longer hairs but stops short at about an 1/8 of an inch. Not good at all. The real fail is on the trimmer accessories that snap on to the trimmer head to groom a beard, mustache. The first one I tried snapped on very tight. It worked okay, but would not come off! The tolerance is so tight that finally getting it to release with a lot of thumb pressure caused the entire trimmer head to pop apart. Now, the head popped back together but apparently on the way off it hit the metal spindle head and knocked it out of alignment. Result, broken. I have used trimmers like this for a long time and yes some of the accessories always fit snug but they are made to take on and off. This unit definitely has a serious design flaw. This product is a complete fail!

I have always used trimmers and have found them wanting when it comes to quality. The Remington all in one is no different. First of all the attachments are very clunky and it is very hard to get them on and off. Once the stubble comb with 10 lengths is on its hard to switch between lengths. Every time I am switching between attachments I feel I will break them. As far as usability goes that's not any better. I got my hair pulled with almost all of the attachments. It was very painful and at the end I was afraid to use it. The worse is the nose and ear attachment which is the most useless piece in the entire set. Now the box says that the battery charge should last for 90 minute after one charge but in my experience my Remington was dead in about 25 minutes. I know no one uses their trimmer for more than 10 minutes at a time but I was trying out all attachments and the last thing on my mind was having to charge the machine again. All in all total disappointment and will keep my search on for an ultimate trimmer.
