It is exactly what I expected. I love it! It took me months to find one with all the features I wanted! I love that it is a mat, because I lay on my couch to use it, vs sitting up in a chair with a massage cushion. Definitely would recommend it!

Excellent tool for pain relief
Husband has relentless headaches, and this mat has helped him a lot-he loves it! Also good for backs, and leg pain/tightness.

Comfortable product
Uncomfortable under the head: The mat under body was not awful, but once you lay on top of the pillow, it hurt your neck and skull underneath

The neck part is ok but the rest is barely a massage. Didn't do anything to help relieve my tension in my back, hips or legs.
