The remote works. i did not have to do any programming just insert the batteries. However, it does not see to have the same "range" as the original remote. I often have to "play" with the angles the remote is aimed at the TV to get it to work. It is frustrating sometimes. But it does work.

The voice button wouldn't work with our tv. That's the main reason I got this remote was for that due to my dad being paralyzed so he can't do much more than hold a button down. The remote is nice looking but the directions are very short and to the point without any other help or advice.

the microphone doesn't work ,I push and hold it but it never activates ,and i know that options is available on my tv becauase it works on my samsung phone remote, thats the whole reason i got this replacement remote, its really disappointing, plus when i turn the tv up or down or fast forward or rewind i have to keep tapping in the direction because it doesn't do anything when i press and hold like the original remote or my phone app remote, is this working properly or should i get my money back

Would not recommend. Purchased because of price point. Construction feels cheap, TV does not recognize the signal from the remote often. Periodically prompts the tv to reconnect to remote as if it's not connected. Spend a little more money and get a better quality product.

The remote looks just like the original remote that came with our TV, but when you press the buttons to change the volume you can not press and hold it, you have to press each level up or down multiple times, and the channel buttons do not work at all, we have to use an old universal remote we purchased a long time ago at Radio Shack to change the channels.

This remote will not stay connected to my TV will disconnect and will have to reconnect 1000s of times. It will randomly turn off and restart my TV multiple times throughout the day while watching tv this remote will not stay connected %26' will disconnect and will have to reconnect 1000s of times. Not worth wasting your money on! It's annoying seeing your tv restart while watching anything. Not compatible at all.

Absolute JUNK! You literally have to stand on to of the tv in order for it to work. The power button works on occasion and after about 30 minutes of use, the remote stops recognizing the TV and you have to reset it again. You also have to stand within a few feet of the TV for it to work at its best. Unlike the original part, this remote has no solar panel on the back for charging so it does require two AAA batteries. This is a complete waste of time just spend the money and get the original remote through Samsung!

The AI description for this remote says it is compatible for Samsung Crystal 7200 TV ( 2024) model. No it isn't. Now I see it is compatible for 2018 and earlier models. This explains the Tizan software nightmare this remote caused. To use the voice command button you need to go through the Bixby app. I have buyer's remorse for the TV, now I can add the remote to it. Samsung has gone from best to worst in my judgment.

The remote came on time, when the remote came it was already paired to the tv but I noticed the tv was lagging a bit. The tv was freezing minutes after using the remote and some apps wouldn't load. This happened for five days after using the remote so I bought one from Samsung and all the issues stopped immediately.

I have a compatible tv according to the devices description. I have rebooted the controller several times and tried to resend it to my tv several other times. It is not compatible wasted money.
