Love the item
I previously bought my steam mop at Walmart and needed more pads. I easily found them in the store's app; they are the exact size and brand for my mop, and the price is better than on other apps.

Replacement pads
The replacement pads are of good quality, but not as good as the pads that come with the scrubber. I would recommend the replacement pads. They held up in the washer.

EHH....
The product is not from Shark, and it's not defective, and it's much much cheaper. Just keep in mind you are getting what you pay for; they are much thinner than the actual shark pads. I will use them, they fit great, but I imagine they won't last as long. I'll repurchase them from the manufacturer next time.

I had to hand sew the centers onto each one of them because they come off immediately and you're using them I feel like the manufacturers should have to do that not the purchaser.
