Rest Haven Gel Memory Foam Bed Pillow, Standard, Single Pack

I seriously look forward to sleeping on my memory foam pillow ever single night. I have high expectations for my bed linens, pillows, and comforter, and this pillow absolutely did not disappoint. After a long day of work (as a middle school teacher!), I usually have tension in my neck. When I lay my head on my pillow, it’s literally feels like a pillowy soft cloud of comfort. I can feel any tension or aches slowly melt and ease away. This pillow cradles my neck and head just right to provide the right amount of support. I live in Texas where it’s humid the majority of the year. I also have thick, curly, waist length, jet black hair. Needles to say, I get hot easily. I don’t know how it does it, but this pillow really helps me not wake up with a sweaty neck and damp hair if I get too warm. It truly feels like a luxury product that just gets the job done. There is zero exaggeration when I say I look forward to unwinding on this pillow every single day!

The pillow comes flat. It expands fully within 3 hours. The paperwork that comes with the pillow states that the colder the room temperature the firmer the pillow will be, the warmer the room temperature the squishier it'll be. My bedroom is 67 degrees. The pillow isn't firm in my opinion. When I think of “firm” I think of no give or cushion. The pillow definitely has some give and cushion but does not go flat. It is perfect for me. As for the cooling factor, it definitely does not accumulate body heat. My previous polyester stuffed pillows made me extremely hot and miserable. I am a side sleeper and the height of this pillow is perfect for me. I do wish it was an inch or two taller/thicker for myself. The pillow's thickness will not be perfect for all. If one is a side sleeper with broad shoulders this pillow may not be thick enough. If one has a heavier head than me then the pillow could go flat or nearly flat. There are factors to consider as I have explained. I do highly recommend giving this pillow a try though because it is literally the best pillow I've ever had and I am 46 years young.

This pillow has a ventilated design and has a super soft cover that can be machine washed. It cradles your head and neck and gives you lots of support. And it is a lot cooler to sleep on than a regular pillow. My son lives here and he is using this pillow and he loves it. He says his neck doesn’t bother him as much since he has used this pillow. He said it is the most comfortable pillow he has slept on. He is on his feet all day at work and often complains of neck and back pain. So happy this pillow is helping him. This pillow is very soft. When you press on it and let go, it goes back to its original shape. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone wanting a good night’s sleep on a very soft and supportive pillow. Directions for washing the cover are to wash in hot water and tumble dry on low. I personally am going to keep two pillowcases on this pillow so that I don’t have to wash the cover. I don’t know what else to say about this pillow except that it is a great pillow.

I already have a memory foam pillow that came with our mattress. So, I absolutely jumped at the opportunity to try another brand. The one I have is firm, not my preferred choice. But, I can't use regular pillows without waking up with horrible neck pain. Oh. My. Goodness. This Rest Haven pillow is fabulous! I had NO idea what a difference it would make. I've slept on it every night for the last five days and NO neck pain AT ALL! It's mildly firm. You sink into it, in a good way, without it loosing its form. So, you get the feeling like you're melting into a cloud with enough support for your neck and head. Best night's sleep I've had in a while. Now, my husband wants to get one. Another bonus is that the cover is removable. It has a well made zipper and is easy to put back on. We are definitely overly pleased. Buy it!!!

I'm excited to review the Rest Haven Gel Memory Foam Pillow because it far exceed my expectations. When I think of a memory foam pillow, the image that pops into my head is a stiff pillow with that pumped up side that goes over your neck and is going to take a long time to break in. I've had one of those before and wasn't thrilled with it. I was happy to see this one looked like a flat, standard pillow. It looked a little on the thin side so I wondered if I was going to have to fold it in half but nope. Just as is, it was perfect. Not to soft and not to firm, just right and felt like it was good for my neck and head. It has a zippered cover over the actual memory foam so it's washable along with whatever pillow case you put over it. I took a nap with it and slept very well. I'll never buy one of those other types of memory foam pillows again. I really like this one and when it's time for me to buy another pillow I'll most likely get the same one again. Highly recommended.

Not as firm, I thought it would be. I am werid looking for a slightly fimer pillow. But, overall, I am enjoying it and sleeping better. and doesn't go flat. It will do until I find a fimer pillow. Your best bet is to shop in person for a pillow. I would buy this again, though. Good price for this pillow.

I received this Rest Haven Gel Memory Foam Pillow to review and it is so comfy! I have never used or owned a gel memory foam pillow so this is my first. This Rest Haven Gel Memory foam pillow has a super soft covering that is really comfy against my skin. I was pleasantly surprised at the support it provides all while cushioning my head while sleeping. It is thicker than most pillows that I have used but it somehow molds to my head and is so nice. When sleeping on my side, it also supplies really nice neck support. My only issue is that I am often a belly-sleeper and this pillow is a bit too bulky for when I sleep on my belly. It is made to form and mold around you but it is a bit too much for my own comfort. Overall, I would recommend this to those of you who are looking for a great, thick, supportive memory foam pillow.

I need to change my pillow. It is so long over due. Not only I am not sleeping well, but I wake up in middle of the night sometimes with neck and shoulder pain. I guess I am not getting enough support. I wanted to try a memory foam pillow and opted for the Rest Haven Gel Memory Foam Pillow. This memory foam pillow is quite firm. It definitely gives a lot of support. It is said that this pillow cradles your head, neck, and shoulders to provide sustained pressure relief throughout your body as you rest. Also this gel memory foam pillow is infused with temperature regulating gel to help create a cooler and more comfortable sleep environment and features a clever ventilated design to allow for greater airflow and breathability. I have to agree, I had great support for my head, neck, and shoulders. I am a side sleeper after trying this out, I didn’t have any shoulder issues, but the pillow was too high for me. I woke up in the middle of the night with discomfort to my neck, so I had to switch it out to something else. Sometimes when I sleep, it gets a little warm, but I did notice that this pillow stayed cool, so I guess the temperature regulating gel to help keep the pillow cool really worked and I really like this feature. I also really like that the cover is removable for convenience cleaning. I can just throw it in the washer. Overall, it does everything it advertises, it’s just that it was a bit high for me.

I'm a big fan of reviews and I read many before buying these pillows. My major concern is that the exterior, interior, nor the tags reflect that these are Rest Haven pillows. They do say the interior was made in Vietnam and exterior is from China. These were fairly pricy to be some random Walmart pillows

This pillow is fabulous if youre looking for an extremely firm pillow. I prefer medium-firm, I want support but I dont want to feel like Im sleeping on a bag of flour (which is what this pillow feels like to me) However, I purchased the 2 pack and my husband LOVES this pillow! He is a back sleeper, Im a side sleeper so that might make a difference! I suggest finding one in store and trying it out before buying a 2 pack because now Im stuck with both of them even though I don't like mine!
