iPad came works amazing and I have no problems with it so far

I purchased it for my 2nd grader. All he does is watch YouTube and Roblox so it was a perfect gift in his eyes perfect price for me and I was able to download his school apps so that's a win win win in my opinion. I would recommend this to anyone with a young one who can handle screen time.

It is May 5th I received it yesterday on May 4 and ordered it on May 3rd. It is working perfectly fine it looks brand new it came flawless and I have no issues. The charger it came with was the lightening plug but it’s not the original Apple charger which is fine. The iPad itself is perfect and was super affordable. Happy about this purchase

When the iPad (7th Generation) shipped from the factory, it came with a 12 watt power adapter. This would be a 5.2 Volts @ 2.4Amps adapter. The power adapter included with this refurbished iPad (7th generation) is only 10 watts, which is 5.0 volts @ 2.0 amps. While this will charge the iPad, it's less than the minimum included from the factory. If you want standard speed of charging, you will want the 12 amp adapter. For faster charging, you can get the 20 amp adapter which provides 5 volts at 3.0 amps or 9 volts at 2.2 amps. Of course these cost $19 for the official Apple product, plus the charging cable which is USB-C for another $19/$29 (1 meter/2 meters). This isn't clearly disclosed in the listing. The iPad itself works fine.

I purchased this as a gift and was excited that it came with everything needed. The iPad works great and holds a good charge. The reason for less stars is that the accessories did not all work. The case for the iPad was too small and did not fit and the screen protector came broken. The money saved getting the bundle I still had to spend because the given items were faulty. Otherwise great!

It was packaged ok. It was packaged in a small box with only a piece of big bubble wrap wrapped around it. It had multiple. dents in the back (somewhat expected) and a few scratches in the front (also somewhat expected). What I didn’t expect was there to be 6 red/purple dots like someone grabbed the screen to hard with their fingers or something and internally damaged the color/screen. And now I don’t know how to go about getting it fixed. I’m super bummed this was all I wanted for my birthday. It works good but due too the annoying red spots I don’t even want to use it.

I ordered 2 of these for Christmas gifts. I understand they are refurbished, but it said no visible cosmetic defects from if you hold the item 12 inches from your face. These things were beat up pretty bad….scratches, scuffs, and corner dings. One had a large dent on the back side of it. Then I plugged them in….one of them wouldn't charge past 1% and I left it plugged in for a good 45 mins to an hour. Very disappointed in this purchase. I am returning them, as I purchased 2 more refurbished iPads from another vendor and they were perfect when I received them.

Takes a very long time to charge. The charger provided is NOT an Apple charger, it broke almost instantly. The battery last about 3-4hrs before it dies. It takes a long time to charge, even with an Apple approved charger. Without a slot for a SIM card it WiFi or hotspot use only. It's a waste of money because it performs poorly. You get what you pay for. Don't waste your time or money. The battery life is prolly the real problem and providing a cheap charger doesn't help.

Item was delivered on the the back porch while it was raining and there was no roof coverage. It got rained on and the box was soaked when I brought it in. Not sure if there’s is water damage but I’m sure there probably is for as wet as it was. Not happy and probably just wasted a bunch of money. They could have simply just put it on the front porch.

I got this for my granddaughter for Christmas and the charger that came with it doesn’t work and this is not a 10.2 this is a 9.7 and the reason I know because the case I brought is to big and so I got another case 9.7 and it fix just right so I understand that this is refurbished but at the same time it should be working
