Restored 2020 Apple iPad Wi Fi 32 GB Silver (8th Generation) (Refurbished)

So far this iPads are working like they should be the charges are working just fine as well my kids love it. They had a small amount or scratches but they were barely noticeable. I'm happy with my product and what I paid for! I definitely would recommend. Also I was hesitant on purchasing but I'm glad I did!! I put a case on them right away but the iPads look perfectly fine. If I come across any issues I will update this comment.

Its great i was skeptical about ordering it but its great and the battery life last over 8 hrs with my son watching youtube kids which is wonderful didnt think the battery would be good because its refurbished

I needed an iPad for my mom while she's recovering in a rehab center and this was a pretty great value. There were no major dings or scratches and it was 100% fully functional. The iOS was even up to date!

I am extremely disappointed in the misrepresentation of your “Like New” items. While I expect minor wear on the exterior, the screen should not have scratches, especially since your site explicitly states that “Like New” devices will have no screen scratches. For potential buyers, “Like New” per their own description: “If item has a screen, it will have no scratches on the screen.” Is not accurate. They did offer for me to mail it back to them, but I promised my old one to a family member. I sent pictures of the iPad showing the scratches on the screen. It should have really been sold as in “Good” condition rather than “Like New” also per their own description. The response I received stated, “thank you we will definitely look into this to improve our services.” The proper response, given the proof, would have been a price adjustment to equal the actual product quality purchased.

I understand that it was a restored iPad but I bought 2 of them and I was ok with the scratches but some of them was pretty deep and the one I pad had a pretty large dent on the bottom near the charging port I was pretty disappointed for the price

they sold me an ipad that had a screen so fragile I put it in a case and the screen shattered when I put pressure on it. nobody wants to replace my item for my 3 year old child. they’re crooks and worthless. save your money and go buy new. seller, if you’re reading this. you need to make this right and replace my item. there’s no reason a thumb should cause a screen to spiderweb and crack all over.

Huge mistake buying from this seller! I bought an IPad 8, right after I got it, the power dropped rapidly. Tried to contact the seller, no answer, since I purchased insurance on it I thought it would be easier to get it fixed through them. After getting it back from the insurance it seemed ok for a few days, now it doesn't show the correct battery percentage, it will show it's at 65% and then just shut off. Hopefully everyone thinking of buying from this seller reads their horrible feedback before purchasing anything from them.
