Restored 2020 Apple iPad Wi Fi 32 GB Silver (8th Generation) (Refurbished)

I liked it a lot for its appearance and its resolution, very easy to setup

So far this iPads are working like they should be the charges are working just fine as well my kids love it. They had a small amount or scratches but they were barely noticeable. I'm happy with my product and what I paid for! I definitely would recommend. Also I was hesitant on purchasing but I'm glad I did!! I put a case on them right away but the iPads look perfectly fine. If I come across any issues I will update this comment.

got it in the mail today, came very fast, ordered on tuesday and came on friday. no scratches or dents and i have no problem with it so far. just have to set it up

Its great i was skeptical about ordering it but its great and the battery life last over 8 hrs with my son watching youtube kids which is wonderful didnt think the battery would be good because its refurbished

I am extremely disappointed in the misrepresentation of your “Like New” items. While I expect minor wear on the exterior, the screen should not have scratches, especially since your site explicitly states that “Like New” devices will have no screen scratches. For potential buyers, “Like New” per their own description: “If item has a screen, it will have no scratches on the screen.” Is not accurate. They did offer for me to mail it back to them, but I promised my old one to a family member. I sent pictures of the iPad showing the scratches on the screen. It should have really been sold as in “Good” condition rather than “Like New” also per their own description. The response I received stated, “thank you we will definitely look into this to improve our services.” The proper response, given the proof, would have been a price adjustment to equal the actual product quality purchased.

I understand that it was a restored iPad but I bought 2 of them and I was ok with the scratches but some of them was pretty deep and the one I pad had a pretty large dent on the bottom near the charging port I was pretty disappointed for the price

I bought this IPad March 7, 2021 for my daughter for her birthday which was on the 18th of March and 2 weeks later of me giving it to her on her bday it goes out for no reason. It doesn’t charge up and it just keeps blinking on and off with the Apple sign popping up. Thank God I made sure I got the warranty on it just in case something happened to it and it did. I sent it off to get repaired and it was gone for almost 2 weeks. I also put the paper in the box of what they have you to fill out letting them know what’s the problem with the item. I just got it back today May 16, 2021 along with the paper still in the box and they did not repair the IPad at all. It came back to me doing the same thing I sent it off for to get fixed. I’ve requested my money back from this IPad and thankfully enough the agent I talk to will be sending me a return label to send it back and get my full refund back from this.

they sold me an ipad that had a screen so fragile I put it in a case and the screen shattered when I put pressure on it. nobody wants to replace my item for my 3 year old child. they’re crooks and worthless. save your money and go buy new. seller, if you’re reading this. you need to make this right and replace my item. there’s no reason a thumb should cause a screen to spiderweb and crack all over.
