Not enough memory. My own fault. I didn't pay att
For a child it may be okay but 32GB isn't enough to do much these days. I got sucked in by the price and didn't do my homework or I would not have bought it. May try to get a refund and get a better one. The iPad itself is very nice, no complaints there.

i have been unable to use it, got locked out on 2nd day, don't have time or transportation to get a professional to get me back in. I am disabled, retired and on a super tight budget, would love to get it working or replaced

This is not an iPad 10.2 this is a iPad 9.7 I figured it out when there were no products that fit this item in the stores I couldn't find anything to cover it or to match it please stop sending out the wrong sizing thank you
