The product is amazing and I received it within no time. Product looks and feels brand new and works great. Everything came within the packaging. Amazing company!!!!

At first, I saw there were few reviews and I took a chance and it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I've had it a week and I have no issues. It came exactly as described. Even though it says refurbished, you would have no idea. There are no dents, scratches, and it runs fast and smooth, everything works perfectly. I am very very happy with my purchase and it came on time.

Had to make a new Apple ID to get started, but other than that everything runs great and works perfect. One small dent on the edge of the computer is barely noticeable. The laptop cannot download the latest updates - but this does not mean it is completely obsolete as google stated. Which is what I was worried about when purchasing initially. The charger works and does not overheat. The screen is intact. The system runs with no issues or errors. Updated to latest Monterey version. Overall worth the price.

Based on the reviews and the reasonable price that was listed, I bought the listed computer! The MacBook Pro works smoothly and there is no evidence of dents or scratches. However, I do have a few concerns. First of all, the packaging was poorly done. There was only one layer of bubble wrap covering the computer, so it's still crazy to believe that no dents or scratches are visible. Second of all, there was extra products added in the package (such as a mouse and earbuds. There is also a charger, but there are no real problems with it.) The mouse was broken into several pieces once I took it out of the box due to poor packaging protection. The earbuds have VERY CHEAP QUALITY. I tried using them one time and I'm never going to use them again. The AI voice literally screams in your ear every time you turn the thing on or off. LOL! Overall, this MacBook Pro is definitely worth the price. However, don't buy this for the extra products. Buy yourself a nice replacement that will actually work: any earbuds or mouse (whether it be Bluetooth or just a regular USB/headphone jack) will work great! I would recommend when selling a Grade A refurbished Mac to replace them with a new battery. Mac did come with some scratches and dents, but does not effect the performance. Screen has very very minor defect on pixels, but again does not effect the performance. Overall I would grade my purchase as a good buy. Also when I purchased it did not mention the year of the Mac, which in my case was 2015.

Visibly used but clean and the battery is damaged. It did not come with the black case the wireless mouse, or the headphone set. Customer service only offered a refund which I'll have to wait three for my funds. The third party company in question responded by stating they were not sending the other items listed. Otherwise it runs well.

What in pictures and what's arrived it's totally different it's say MacBook Pro on computer. And the arrival computer does not say that. And in a picture the MacBook look new. An arrival computer it's broken by the side and damage around the computer. Feel like got scam.

This item was not updated enough. They said that it's a 17 something that does not work with the new search engine and it's so much updating that they had already stated it was updated that it is needed. It is not good for a freshman in college and I will be returning this item.

DO NOT PURCHASE! The ad says looks like new. The computer I received was TRASH! It was dented, scratched, dust was coming out of the vents, battery says service recommended. The glue around the screen was so sticky it was hard to open the lid. Called to return within having it for 15 minutes. This was not refurbished or like new what so ever.
