Everything about this purchase was perfect! The iPad looks like new and it was delivered in a timely manner. Very happy!

My granddaughter asked for this for Christmas and she's loving it ! Even though it was refurbished it is like brand new! Price was great!

This one had low battery health of 77%. Hence, had to return this. Rest everything was fine. Just confirm battery health and other factors before keeping it.

The listing states that it includes an Apple pen and Smart Keyboard, but the order didn't come with either of these two items. When I contacted the seller, they offered me a $20 discount but kept implying that it was somehow my fault for expecting accessories with a refurbished iPad. I would rather pay $20 more to get better customer service.

I purchased an iPad from Wireless Source through Walmart, and unfortunately, it arrived with a defect. There is a persistent white vertical line running from top to bottom when opening the Settings app, but it doesn't appear elsewhere. I have photos as proof of the issue. I reached out to the company for assistance, but they have not responded to my inquiries. A lack of customer support is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with a defective product. I expected better service and accountability. If you're considering buying from this seller, be aware that you might not get the help you need if something goes wrong. I would not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience.

Bought a refurbished IPad 8th Generation for our daughter. Tried to set it up and a screen came up about remote management and saying the iPad was owned by a school.

The description notes it comes with an Apple Pencil and keyboard. It was not in my order nor will the seller respond. Don't buy this
