The item was better than I thought! It was brand new and factory sealed. I would definite recommend this to a friend.

This iPad Pro was in great shape. I thought it was a gen 3 but it was actually a gen 1. So I sent it back. I will buy from them again in the future I'll just make sure it's what I was looking for. It also didn't have the cord so I had to buy one before I could try it out I'm sure that was an accident since it said it would come with cord and box.

My wife loved it and Walmart had exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price. It arrived in perfect condition and exactly when Walmart indicated it would arrive. Thanks to Walmart, I do have a happy wife.

Item arrived fast and in great shape. It was well protected and ready for my use when I opened it.

I believe that the Seller (Westend Enterprises) sells different models, specifications and conditions under similar ads. Protect yourself and do your homework. I did and am VERY satisfied with this purchase. My Apple iPad Pro Model ML3K2LL/A1652 (also known as Model A1652) is 12.9-inch, Wi-Fi + Cellular, 128GB, refurbished in Space Grey color ($314.99). I also purchased the Allstate 2 year warranty for $59. Model A1652 is a 1st generation Apple 12.9-inch iPad Pro. A “Community Member” incorrectly stated it as a 3rd generation. I seriously doubt if you can find a “quality” refurbished 3rd generation for less than $800. Google “What iPad model do I have” for a correct answer. This iPad Pro has worked perfectly (so far). The processing time is very fast. The 12.9” screen is awesome! Most apps (98%?) run on this model. My iPad Pro came charged and ready to set up. I am not using cellular but I called my cell carrier and he helped me set it up even without the cell service activated. I think I was lucky for find a person like him! The iPad Pro has small fine scratches primary on the back and a couple on the screen and a dent on the metal corner. None of this has affected it's performance. Once I installed the Sparin 12.9” Tempered Glass Screen Protector ($15.59) and ProCase iPad Pro 12.9” 2015 Case with Pencil Holder-Chocolate ($22.99), the dent and scratches can't be seen. I also purchased ARYKX 2 in 1 Stylus Pen for All Capacitive Touch Screen Devices High Sensitivity Precision Pens with Fine Point Tip Disc and Hybrid Fiber Mesh ($10.99). I've never used an Apple Pencil but this one works great. Plus it doesn't cost $100! I'm using it to do detailed sheet music editing using the forScore app. I am very happy with this purchase. This item wasn't perfect but I wasn't expecting a refurbished one to be perfect. The screen had one tiny little blemish near the left bezel and I can hardly see it. The bottom left corner had a very small nick that a case covered up easily. It was the non 120hz smooth motion panel and didn't have True Tone but still really really nice and thought the price was about what to expect. Overall very satisfied

The IPAD looks new it does not hold a battery charge. The full charge of 80% in a 12 hour charged discharged 7%in less than 5 minutes

The tablet is not working and not charging
