Restored Apple iPhone 13 mini - Fully Unlocked - 256 GB Midnight (Refurbished)

Bought an iPhone 13 mini and it's almost good as new. No scratches or dents. Battery health is at 94%. No troubles with it at all.

This item was listed in "like new" condition. When received package insert states "acceptable" and theres a gash on the bottom of the phone.

Hi, I received the Restored Apple iPhone 13 mini (256 GB, Pink), but it’s far from “Like New.” The phone has visible scratches on both the body and screen. This doesn’t match the description. I’ve attached photos. I would like a replacement or a full refund. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.

The screen works and is good quality but the outside of the phone is terrible quality. In the phone description it said little to no scratches or blemishes but this phone is completely covered in scratches in all 4 corners. It looks like a dog was gnawing at it.

If you are looking for a totally Refurbished Like new phone, I would look else where. I purchased an iPhone 13 mini that was advertised as "Like New", but was anything but. The glass had tones of scratches on both sides, one of which looked like an actual crack. the metal frame was chipped in multiple places, looking like the phone head been dropped many times. When I reached out to the seller their excuse was that the item ws mis-labeled was " Like-New" by Walmart and was not their fault. If you want to go through the hassle of ordering, receiving, then ultimately shipping back waiting for weeks for aa refund, by ll means order from this company. But if not I would look else where.

After two days, the phone stopped workin- alternating between a black screen and an apple logo screen. It won’t turn on or off. Then it shows a “connect to a computer, go to apple support and restore”. iTunes won’t recognize it so I can’t do anything. Upon closer inspection, I don’t think the screen is a real apple screen - there is chrome around the speaker and the screen is not completely flat. There are distortions in the reflection, I’ve never seen an iPhone screen like that. I need a phone for work. This is unacceptable.

Item arrived damaged, scratched, chunks out of the side of the aluminum. Returned for replacement and still no replacement sent.

This phone was the furthest thing from "like-new." The battery was even less than the promised 80% or better. I'd look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of returning it.

Although it came on time, I was very disappointed! For the "LIKE NEW" condition that it said it was- it wasnt at all that way! Big dents in the corners of the metal, and deep scratches in the screen glass! It arived with a zero percent battery as well.. 2 THUMBS DOWN! WORST $340.00 IVE EVER SPENT!

Sold as "like new" the description for like new is "micro scratches not noticeable from 8-12 inches away." You can see the damage on the frame of this phone from 20 ft away. Be aware they are trying to sell you a poor quality phone for like new price hoping you are so desperate for the phone you jist wont return it. And if you do return it it will take them 3 weeks to give you the refund. Makes me wonder how people sleep at night taking advantage of people.
