Restored Apple iPhone 14 Pro - Fully Unlocked - 128 GB Deep Purple (Refurbished)

The item was not described at ALL. Sucks because it’s a Christmas present for my husband and I probably won’t get a replacement in time. The screen had SEVERAL LARGE, deep scratches all of the screen. There are literally chunks missing on the bottom left of the screen. Horrible condition for a “restored” iPhone. The box was labeled for a completely other phone. There was not a single piece of bubble wrap or protective inserts in the box to ship the phone in. Just not good. Also not even sure if they’ll replace it at all, let alone with something better. Currently trying to work with customer service to see about doing an exchange. Will keep updated.

Many fine scratches on screen. One deep scratch on screen. Came with no power on phone. Many superficial scratches on sides. Paint and scratches were not restored/refurbished.

Bought 2 iPhone and the transformed all the data over nd number now won’t unlock keeps clearing so I can’t put the password in tried master reset and tried resetting it on my computer nothing 7 hours of messing with it and nothing literally just got them at 4 pm from ups nd now I don’t have a phone at all can’t even de activate the e sim no access to phones

The price for the IPhone was good but the shipping of a $400.00 was poor. When it arrived you could hear the phone bouncing around in the package. Then I opened it and the back glass was broken in the bottom left conner. Called up some cell phone fix-it stores and it will cost $175 - 200 to fix the glass. Never again will I order stuff off Walmart.

This product was described as “like New” but in reality it came as damage product, where deep scratches were found all around the phone . Seller was not honest with product description for sure . We need to return this product

Don't scam people please. Describe the item conditions as it is. Its fair conditions item. Do not list as like new.

I order this phone as gold and got a whole different color also phone came with a lot of chips and there is also a hole on in the flashing

The phone is very damaged, the screen is scratched and the edges are very damaged, it does not come wrapped perfectly and it seems to have been damaged.

product description states "like new". however, the frame is badly scratched.

Very bad , Its not at all " Like a new" it should be "used good" Waste of time
