Restored Apple MacBook Pro 13.3" LED Intel i5-3210M Core 2.5GHz 4GB 500GB Laptop MD101LLA (Refurbished)

While I realize I bought a refurbished computer, this was really old and slow. Upon startup it took maybe 10 minutes to start up and get to the homepage. Laptop was too old for what I needed it for.

This came with no paperwork or the "cleaning cloth". There is NO battery life to speak of. I can't even use it an hour before its completely dead. The description given is totally inaccurate and misleading. I have attached what the description states. Matching power for power

It was delivered quickly and the price was affordable unfortunately it didn't work a good week! It's stuck on the loading screen and even when it makes it to the login screen, after about 10 restarts, I can't get any further from it freezing. It's on the shelf collecting dust until I can pay someone to hopefully fix whatever is going on with it. I should have known something was wrong when I tried to connect to Wi-Fi and check my email a few times on it when it first arrived and it was slow but eventually connected, then after 1or 2 more times nothing…. Very disappointing buy!

i cant even make an apple account it wont let me add any of my family's phone numbers when trying to sign up for a apple account and the keys are stuck on some of the buttons

Both laptops arrived with broken screens

You lied about the model and how much ram it has and processor. This is a 2012 computer not a 2020

We should have checked the software ... even the updates couldn't bring it up enough to host Office 365 ... a total waste of time and money. Even so, the MacBook looked as if it had sat in someone's kitchen while they fried chicken. It was filthy. We have returned the MacBook and purchased an IPAD Pro

The laptop I ordered was all in Spanish and can't get it it to change to English when I called the company it came from they said they couldn't help because they had no tech people available said they could have someone contact me in a couple days. Would not order off here again 0 stars.

Earlier I texted that we had not recieved the item. We had my granddaughter picked it up around 4:30pm today 4 hours after it was delivered. She opened it and it was damaged. Dented, scratches, corroded, you name it. I don't know where this item come from, but I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Here are some pictures (JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
