Originally, the watch would not charge and was struggling to turn on. I gave it a few days to die completely then charged it up no problem. It does say the battery is recommended to be serviced by Apple due to wear and tear but honestly it lasts for over 24 hours and even more than that when I'm not on it frequently. It has incredible personalization options and is really simple to use. Obviously it was a refurbished watch so it has a few very very minor scratches that aren't even noticeable unless you're looking closely. I'd recommend this product if you're on the edge.

I am impressed with the quality… my watch is basically bran new. No scratches or anything batter health is 100% been using it for about 4 days now I went for a used (refurbished) option before spending hundreds of dollars on a brand new one so This was kind of a test drive. I can't complain. Well ONE complaint the watch (square thingy) was shipped loose in a fairly big box while the watch straps and the charger where bubble wrapped. I thought this was odd.

Perfect watch for all that it's needed for cane when expected and Shockley it was in a brand new box so that meant no scratches or damage of any kind. I'm not sure what you've heard but mines was great can't speak for everyone despite the reviews I still took a Chance and it was a good one. Price wise and model

Honestly this is exactly what I was hoping for - didn't want to spend $500 on a new Apple Watch because I only use it for tracking workouts, this was low cost and does the job. Like other reviews, this watch came with a couple small scratches on the screen, however I placed a screen protector on it anyways so they're not as noticeable. Otherwise, product works as intended :)

Has far as the appearance of the watch goes. It's not too bad. A few scuffs and scratches but that's expected from a used watch. What I didn't expect was there to be a activation lock on the watch when I went to pair it. Which means the previous owner still has it connected to their iCloud account. Which I can't bypass unless I want to spend more money for unlocking software. So the watch it absolutely useless with that activation lock. I'm sure not all of their watches are locked, I just got unlucky.

I'm quite disappointed in the condition of the watch. It has a ton of scratches all over the actual watch face, as well as the back of the watch. The back of the watch case is actually cracked open, which I'm afraid will rub my skin raw. The watch also had a sticky substance on the bottom with fuzzies or hairs stuck in it too. I'm now seeing in other reviews that people were having this same exact problem, but most of the reviews said, “No scratches! Came in the mail perfect!” This sadly wasn't the case for me and apparently quite a few others as well. This watch had obviously been heavily used before I purchased it. The product description said it was in good condition, but I completely disagree, as the actual watch looks like it's been through the wringer. I'm debating on returning but I was so excited because the watch would be super useful at work,

I ordered a watch from them, and it does not turn on. They said i could return it for my money back but would not send me a return label. Customer service took months to respond and it's been since June still no response. Talked to my bank they cannot refund me, and walmart can't do anything about it. Wasn't even the same size watch

Just picked up my watch and it has a LARGE SCRATCH on the screen. I'm having difficulty putting apps on the watch or viewing my text messages. I would like a customer service number to have the watch replaced due to the scratch which should have been seen before shipping to me

I'm incredibly disappointed I wasn't made aware this was through a third party. My watch came with deep gouges and scratches which is “fair” at best. Not good condition. I don't even believe it's safe to use without getting glass in my fingers. It's sharp when I touch the screen
