Authentic Apple product. Works as expected. Connected easily and continues to function properly after 6 months.

I bought this for my husband because he has been wanting one for a while. I got the wrong item in the mail even though the receipts and stickers on box all say 45 mm series 8, but it's a 41 mm series 8. I have had a hard time getting in touch with anyone.

None of the sensors work. Took 6 hours to do the update before I could even try to check the watch and it keeps saying app cannot connect to the watch after the update finished. I have an older watch that has no connection issues so I know it's not the WiFi. It doesn't allow me to change the watch face and the sensors for heart rate, blood oxygen, falls, etc will not function. I removed the watch and pressed heart rate and noticed that it never produces the light that's used to do the sensors. I even kept trying every few hours for over 24 hours and it still will not turn the sensors on. It's in great condition for wear but it's not worth the price if it can't do any of the functions.

Touch screen is weird half the time charging port doesn't work separate line doesn't work when my phones left behind over all not very happy I was under the impression it would come with apples warranty and it does not it's all internal issues nothing physical

This item was listed as “like new” and “refurbished”. This item was neither and ordering was a waste of my time. Battery health was only at 89%, which proves the item wasn't refurbished. Screen had 2 large scratches at the top and on the back of the watch. If the watch was listed differently and the price was dropped due to the condition I wouldn't have a problem with it. I believe the seller is hoping someone orders the watch that doesn't know what to look for when buying something used. I will NEVER order from Walmart Marketplace again. If you think Walmart customer service is going to help you through any of this you are sorely mistaken. Don't waste your time. I bought the brand new Apple Watch Series 10 on sale at Verizon through Costco for $40 dollars more. I'm sure if you take a chance and buy a couple watches and return the ones you don't want you might find a good deal but who has the time and cash to do so. Refunds from Walmart Marketplace can take up to 3 weeks and Walmart will not help you!

I would not recommend this seller. I understood this was a refurbished watch but it did not work AT ALL once I unboxed and tried to charge it. Watch would not hold a charge to even power on. It's impossible to get any info to contact them on their website. Have no choice but to return to Walmart.
