This is my first time purchasing a refurbished TV and I'm happy with it the tv looks and preforms as a new television at a low price

my kids love this they can use everything without my help i love it and any mother knows they need help with everything lol

Easy setup. Great picture. Detailed remote control with sleep feature. Just the right size. I am very pleased.

When opening the box the screen was cracked. Returned to my local Walmart, no questions asked. It is typical of Walmart to offer no hassle returns. That is why I trust buying from them.

Nor knowing the size of the LG. TV it was to big for my living room. I should have gotten 2 of the smaller size TVs.

Item pictured not the item that was delivered . Evidently from a third party vendor so nothing was done to correct it . they said it was Walmarts error , that they put the wrong picture on line . Returned to local Walmart and was told that they would ship it back to vendor and they would make the refund . MY payment was to walmart so i guess we will see ??

i liked that it came fast when it said by jan.22. i ordered almost 3 days ago.wow! bravo that was fast,too fast.what i didn't like was that it came delivered in it's product box and not boxed in a larger box for safe handling.that's not good.i haven't tested it yet. i hope it works and wasn't damaged in it's original carton.also what i didn't like was i had asked a question about another refurbed tv and got no reply.there were only 2 left in stock, no replied and they were both sold.
