I just got the computer today and got it setup for use, so far its great maybe ill update in a few weeks . This computer is so cute everything is loading properly no lagging just great! I will definitely purchase from this seller again. shipment was fast no extra overpriced fees
I honestly wasn't expecting much for the price and it being a refurbished computer, but i'm glad I decided to go ahead and take a chance on it! I'm writing my review on the computer now. It works great! I've been able to do some light gaming on it, browse web with no issues, install the latest updates and the microsoft software. The touchscreen works well as well as the mousepad and all the keys\buttons. It did have some minor scratches on the top but nothing too bad. I def recommend getting this as a starter computer for a kid or just a computer to mess around on.

I like it and remember it is not a brand new. My recommendation is after you get it upgrade windows do not put any personal information like emails address until you update windows.
The laptop works great. Was able to download window11 for free. The drawback is the speakers are horrible. You can barely hear them when you are on Zoom, etc. But all in all it's a decent product for the price
The shipping got delayed for 2 days cuz the label was unreadable and got replaced. I ordered blue. The laptop that came is black, but it does have windows 11 (had to update drivers and stuff as soon as I got it but that might be normal). So already annoying. But it says it comes with Microsoft 365 for a year, but I can't find anywhere to activate that. A pop up said click here to activate microsoft 365 but it took me to a 1 MONTH free trial thing. The only reason I didn't ask for a return is cuz with a gift card I had, I only paid like 60 bucks. I wasn't gonna write a review but I'd wanna know. And I cant find a way to get in touch with walmart that doesn't require a return. I'm not waiting that long again for a return. It was super cheap. But so far the actual laptop is decent, haven't done much with it yet.
I needed a laptop for school and this was prefect. It is light weight and easy to use but I have had issues with it. First one I bought no one could help me with the problem, it was with the programs. Called Walmart and called Microsoft and nothing. Had to return it for another one. This one was working fine than all of a sudden the touch screen is not working. Called Walmart and they told me they couldn’t help to call Microsoft. Called Microsoft and they told me it was an issue with Walmart. So, it’s been a back and forth ordeal with them both. Now, I’m stuck looking for a new laptop because this one is not working properly at all, issues with the keyboard, the programs are popping up everywhere without commands, touchscreen will not work. It’s been a nightmare so far. I have checked for updates and still nothing works to fix the issues.
Laptop is great but beware the charger will not last. I'm stuck with a laptop that the charger went out after 7months. Walmart will do nothing even with extended warranty!
Do not buy from this company, I ordered one of these laptops for my son's birthday hoping it would be in by his birthday, but I ordered it on the 22nd and it still has not even been shipped according to the tracking information. I am getting nothing but a run around from them, I will most likely have to end up asking for a refund as it looks like the laptop will never be shipped, this is nonsense and no way for a company to do business.
Very slow even after updates and the touch screen sensor is way off. Touching once side of the screen and trying to click something actually clicks the opposite side of where you are trying to touch. The touch screen is absolutely useless and this is why I ordered this for the touchscreen! Very unhappy as this was not stated and was suppose to be in perfect condition
