The first one I ordered had a problem. Returned it no problem. They emailed me a prepaid label. The day I mailed it they shipped the new one. Received it in three days. The new one works perfect. Setup was a breeze. wifi works great and downloaded all updates to android 11. For the price its a good deal. Very happy with my purchase.

The only downside I had during my whole experience was that when I received the tablet and tried to use it, it was locked with a pin but it was a simple work around. Other than that the tablet has been great!

Was not reset to factory, kept asking for pin used with phone.

Purchased this in Sept as a Christmas gift. I understand it is a restored unit and I should have confirmed that it worked but didn't. Let it sit on the shelf until it went under the tree. My granddaughter opened it this morning and was crushed when we discovered it was dead on arrival. Plugged it in for 3 hours, no indication it was charging and it's still dead. Because I made the purchase in Sep it isnt returnable. Very disappointed to say the least.

This is the worst tablet on the planet. It constantly freezes or kicks me out of whatever app I am in. It s super slow and laggy. The only good thing about this tablet is that it stays charged a long time and takes less time to recharge than even my phone. I will NEVER buy ONN again.

Tablet did not come factory reset. It still had an account setup with pin number to log in. Contacted support, they ran through resetting the table but it would never complete properly. The support person was very rude and not helpful. I am requesting a replacement in hopes I can try the tablet.

The screen brakes really ez the are the charging port brakes me and my family have been Tru 4 of them

Can not be used with a cell provider. no place for a sim card. Only internet which I do not have at my home.
