Beautiful picture on the screen, fills the whole screen. Sounds amazing
Works good
as far as the screen goes, you cannot tell this was refurbished. however they sent the wrong stands that screw into the bottom. neither fit the tv even remotely close. i emded up purchasing a mount separately.
Return policy stinks, Walmart cashier put my refund on a Walmart credit card that I have no idea how to use. Called/went into my nearest Walmart and NO has been able to show or tell me how to even use this card!
When box arrived it was completly destroyed, not to mention the tv screen completly broken and parts loose in box, i do not recommend buying tvs thru online unless its buying the item from store nearest you, because tv was shipped from arizona and did not make it thru shipping process, no bueno
First tv arrived broken. Second tv they included the wrong screws and stand and eventually had to send it back as the screw holes were stripped and screws couldn't be tightened in them. Wasted weeks waiting for parts and ultimately still wasn't able to use it. Don't waste your time on this. At least the returns are easy with Walmart
I did not like how long it took to deliver also it was delivered and damaged. The device was delivered on March 20th of 22 I have been sick and recovering from covid i just recently opened the Box to set it up for use and found that the screen had been damaged damaged please help me with this.
Extremely disappointed with the experience. This was my second attempt to purchase a tv online. First attempt was a reurbished Sceptre 55" nonsmart TV which was delivered by FedEX sooner than expected but was malfunctioning on initial setup. taken back to Walmart. Second TV ordered was refurbished ONN roku 50" smart TV. Arrived by FedEx sooner than expected date of delivey. However tv screen bezel was coming apart along the whole left side. Not sure if this happened during the refurbishing or shipping. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience for me. On a more positive note, the return and refund process has been went very smooth and painless. The Walmart staff at Lorain superstore were patient and courteous during this process.
Awful. The box arrived in terrible condition and looked like a bear had gotten ahold of it before me. Upon setup of the tv the screen was absolutely ruined and a filed for a refund within an hour or so of receiving it. Upon bringing the tv in to a nearby Walmart for the rerun, it was revealed that the code of my order and on the box I received did not match and someone had messed that up along the way. Almost got blamed for some sort of fraud but luckily the individuals at the store were very knowledgeable and helped me get it worked out.
Missing remote and batteries and as I was laying on my bed to install the stands, noticed a large indentation of the screen at the top. Well! Chose to plug it in before bothering with the feet and sure enough, looked just like the videos after the kid hits it with a baseball bat. Poor packing and will never waste time ordering a refurbished anything again.
