Restored VIZIO 43" Class FHD LED Smart TV D-Series D43f-J (Refurbished)

I have done a shipment before with a TV years ago and it came broken which Walmart did replace with no problem. I decided to give it another try because there was an online deal and the only way to get it was through shipping only and you could not do a store pick-up, at 1st I was hesitant to try it again but then I am so happy to say, my Vizio TV was great, no damages and works excellent. Shipment also came early.

Seem like it would've been a nice tv only thing is I never got a chance to watch the tv when I open the box And pulled it up it was damaged top of the tv had a bright light coming from it and lines was all in the tv I believe it had something to do with the delivery ppl not handling it carefully… lesson learned I'll be going in the store for now on to pick up my valuables electronic.. even tho I got my money back I can't catch the price I paid for that one

Third Vizio and I love them. However this Rebuilt 43” bought with a two year warranty (totaling $186) sometimes doesn't respond as quickly as my other Vizio. We're so spoiled here demanding the best we can afford. Good luck with your purchase.

box was missing a screw for base leg and does not come with a manual. Visio website doesn't have any to download, so you're on your own to figure programming tv. Don't recommend to anyone who has never programmed a smart tv. make sure you get all pieces for assembly. mine only had 3 of the 4 screws. quality control is needed at warehouse!

Arrived broken — the refurbished product was not properly packaged. The styrofoam that holds the TV in place on the right side was missing and replaced with bubble wrap. This did not secure the device and led to the item arriving with a non-functioning screen.

Tell the Tech's the TV works fine in DEMO Mode Only, It will Not Update! It connected to the internet - received a download and then turned off. When I turned it back on it started all over again with the update and got stuck there.. It said it could take up to 10 minutes, and I gave it 45 minutes , un-pluged the tv and started over again for another 25 minutes before I finally gave up.

it won't even start up. the screen said 4 hours ago it was updating and it would only take a few minutes. and its still showing that message on the screen. and the legs do not go with that tv at all!! and there are no instructions or any kind of info booklet that I can read and try troubleshooting.

I bought a 43 in VIZIO TV and I my first shipment was damaged. I made a return, my second shipment is an open box without manual and control remote. This is very inconvenient for customers. I had to carry the tv and get out of work for the first rerun and then they send an open box??! I paid for a NEW tv! Not a free market used tv open box!!

Didn't know that I'd be getting a used/refurbished tv, there was nothing mentioned at all in the add. Very surprised and disappointed. Was not what I expected to get
