Not only were any problems taken care of with speed and fairness, but they added genuine respect, not something I'm used to with customer service. Props for making me feel human. The controllers were like new with stiff cords and a new car smell.

I received a pkg that seemed to have been on the bottom of a pile. I believe this was the reason my controllers had issues. They were returned without issue. I've purchased before and used for a long time. I'll order again

Don't Buy
Both controllers broke within one week of normal gameplay. I bought the protection plan and contacted the company and they would not take a return and said contact Walmart. contacted Walmart and they told me to contact the company. impossible to return. Don'T buy.

DO NOT ORDER
I ordered 2 controllers, and I only received one. It came a day late, and to my surprise, that mf don't even work. There's supposed to be 9 prongs in the plug, there is 6 and a half prongs. So not only did I get half of my order I got a half of a half. 0 stars.
