I had difficulty in manipulating this curling iron or straightened her whichever it is called. I'm not sure I'm 88 years old. I love the Revlon products and this has everything that you would expect and it's a personal thing I just wasn't able to manipulate it to get my hair the way I needed. It probably has something to do with the length of my hair. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

It doesn't clamp tight or it's my thin hair cause I have to squeeze hard to get it to stay on my hair

It gets hot quickly, but that is about the only good thing. It gets hot where your fingers grasp it, so you have to be careful. It pulls my hair, instead of sliding over it easily, I don't love it.

Terrible. Doesn't get that hot and then it cools down with every stroke. Waste of money and time. Very disappointed.

If your hair is thinning or damaged I DO NOT recommend. Pulls hair horribly, takes few passes for course curly/wavy hair.
