These are great, They have forms to keep their shape across the wrist and along the side, but you are still able to flex your fist and get some clenching ability. They are well padded in the striking area. The velcro is a long wide strip so that you can easily adjust them to the snugness that you want and it is sewn on so I don't see it pulling apart very easily. I like the black and pink, they are tough and feminine! There are air vents in the palm, so you maintain your glove stability. They go high enough on the wrist and arm to provide support, but you may still want to wrap. I do. The width of the glove makes you have to have a wider hit pass on the speed bag or they hit each other, I tend to hit the speed bag with my hands more sideways so that isn't problematic for me. They do have a strong smell of plastic (think new shower curtain) when they first come out of the box, but that is waning already. I really like these gloves.

I chose this Ringside Pro Style Training Glove because I want to start kickboxing as a workout. I have larger hands for a female so I chose this L/LX size. When it first arrived I thought it was going to be too large for my hands because they look humongous. However, when I slipped them on, it fitted just right. They are true to size. It is very comfortable and my hands do not sweat inside of them. The padding is really thick and that should add extra protection for your hands. I also like the wrap that goes around your wrist to keep the glove secure. You can adjust it to your comfort level. The color is nice and it doesn't look too girly. I would recommend this Ringside Pro Style Training Glove to any woman interested in training for boxing.

This is a good product. My husband and I will be using this product on a daily basis. We will be using it for exercise. We will work on losing my arms and weight. For 3 wedding we have to go to. This year. I will recommend this product to anyone.

I purchased some gloves some time ago for practice/kick boxing. And I must saw I love these gloves much better. I have big hands so it's often times difficult to find something that don't fit comfortably. However, I love these, the impact when punching is not like some gloves where you don't feel the cushion, with these you can feel it and it protects your hands on impact.

I was surprised how fun these boxing gloves are. The young teenagers have found the boxing gloves to be a great release of tension and anxiety. We have now gotten a punching bag and are having some great fun with these. The girls are especially thrilled with these. We have used these for three weeks, but they do not show much use and are of very good quality.

I really liked these gloves--more than I thought I would. They are such fun. My daughter and her fella are into workouts and training. So is my granddaughter and her guy. They had all been wanting a set of these. Of course, the down side is that I am now going to have to buy several additional sets of training gloves since my immediate family all wants a pair. I was surprised at how firm yet comfortable they were. And they're pretty. They make a gal feel pretty powerful (pun intended). I should know. I tried them on and looked at them on my hand. Impressive. And even I got in a few jabs at the couch pillows. My kids have a gym set up in the garage, punching bag and all. I was so excited about the gloves, I considered going out there and whacking the bag for a few minutes, but it was too cold. I would love to have had a set of these when I was younger. My husband and kids would have liked them, too. We weren't into exercise. But we played a lot with our children. In fact, I think we were just big kids ourselves. I'm going to enjoy these.

Great for a nice workout. The velcro strap gives your wrist security and your fist is well supported. It gives great contact on a punching bag. The material on the gloves is amazing. The colors really drew my attention. These training gloves are definitely a perfect score. It doesn't look like it'll wear and tear no time soon. Long durability. The Ringside Pro Style Training Gloves are very well made. The gloves are black, pink, and white. The gloves are 16 oz. large/extra large. Made for a woman's smaller hands in my opinion. Valcro strap at wrist makes it easy to put gloves on and put desired tightness on wrist. Easy to position the hand into a fist. Lots of cushion to take the impact of a hit. There are 5 holes at the center of the Palm area for ventilation. The stitching is tight and well crafted. My hands fit very well into the inside of the gloves with no resistance. My two teen daughters also tried out these gloves and found that they fit well and were easy to use. So, I would say most age groups would benefit from these gloves. I would definitely recommend these gloves to anyone looking for a well made set of women's gloves for working out.

Mixed review on these. They are listed as training gloves so I e ow yes a training glove which is lightweight in most cases, not the case here. These are quite cumbersome. 16 oz glove so you are aware you are wearing it, more like a full on boxing glove than a training glove in my opinion. I'm far from a professional fighter and haven't been subjected to lots of vairations of gloves but I was surprised to see an open wrist and vent holes in the fall of the glove. I like this feature for ventilation, prevent sweat wetness etc. the colors are very cute, very girly, can't really go wrong with pink and black. They take a. It of breaking in to get comfortable, my hand couldn't completely bend at first but did get easier after use. These are good for beginners, basic fighting/kickboxing type needs.
