Second guess ! it's pre-filled! 5 stars
This was an amazing gift. It already came pre-filled. I ordered a punching bag from Amazon, and all I had to do is just open the box attach the links to the stand and boom I had a punching bag. And this is a top-tier brand. This review is five months later after purchasing it.

Dense
While i am starting Muay Thai and at first the bag was hard and my legs just needs to adapt so all said in done a couple days of leg conditioning and the bag is great

Vintage Quality.
Vintage Leather Heavy Bag, Recommended lathering it in Mink Oil along with gloves. Hand wraps are of nice quality as well. Stand is well built and solid.

The bag itself is great..
The person who delivered it had a stank attitude...perhaps he should hit the gym most often. im almost certain the attitude was because of what i ordered...l0l.

Missing items and destroyed box
I bought the kit (gloves, bandages, and heavy bag), but I only received the bag. Walmart does not want to send the missing items and want me to return the bag. It is a hassle because the box came pretty destroyed, all the bolts and nuts were loose and to find a similar long box is difficult. Needless to say I won't be recommending this kit to anyone else.

I have no problem with the heavy bag when I ordered it it said it came with a heavy bag kit the bag arrived on time but there was no boxing gloves or hand wraps I spoke with Walmart customer service they said they would get back to me in 2 days nothing false advertising

$UCKS!
Filling from top/head part of bag settled into middle of bag within two weeks, so there was nothing in the head area to hit. Everlast needs to change their name to Neverlast.

broke open box and bag this is unacceptable i have been fighting for a refund for 3 weeks now you sent a bad broken product and dont want to fix the issue. Walmart customer service sucks

NOT GOOD QUALITY! Lasted Less Than a Year!
The punching bag straps that hang from the stand literally ripped off from the bag after only 8 months. This product only has a 90 day guarantee. I would NOT recommend this at all.
