I got this for a small garage unit that we have and I didn't have high expectations. I am surprise how good this rack is. The tray below doesn't really allows for the water to be drained as described, but the water evaporates so it's not a big deal. It's a great rack if you don't have upper cabinets in the kitchen because it's pretty tall.
.I kept the box for a week because I wasn't sure whether I wanted to keep the item. The two tiers for drying dishes are quite convenient. I doubted that the glasses and cups would be secure, but I was pleasantly surprised. This drying rack offers great value and is sturdy enough to hold all our dishes.
We were looking for a sturdy %26 a bit more sophisticated dish rack than the usual ones. This product was easy to assemble %26 offers good organization of dishes %26 for counter space. Unfortunately, our kitchen cabinets were lower than we realized. Our plates sat too high on the rack so we had to return. Overall, I would recommend.
The description says stainless steel which is incorrect. Big plus is the dish rack securely holds the large diner plates. Negative part, water pools on dràin pan.
putting it together was very easy. and it can hold a lot of dishes. the only problem I have with it is that its supposed to drain the water from the bottom of the dish rack. but so far it's not doing that. i have had to empty it manually each day. i trying to figure out why it want drain through the bottom tube. i have checked the whole. but so far nothing. and that was the main reason i chose this one. because it drains its self.
I liked the way it looked online. That is where my likes ended. This item was not well-made. The places where you would normally hang glasses and cups were so thin and short that they are useless. When trying to put a cup on a hook, the entire rack fell over because it was too lightweight. There is not much height on the 1st tier, so you can't put much down there either. My biggest disappointment is with the spout, which is supposed to drain water from the tray, but is not designed to do so. The spout does not lie flat. Even if it did lie flat, the spout would need to be turned in the opposite direction for the water to drain into the sink.
So far it's not useful. The glass racks will hold only small glasses like juice glasses or small coffee cups. Regular size glasses or coffee cups won't fit anywhere on the rack. The bottom is mostly wasted space .
I would Not Recommend, There Was No Instructions, The Plastic Drain Doesn’t Snap Onto Underside Of Drip Tray , And Most Importantly There’s Nothing To Stop The Upper Rack From Falling Forward As Well As Backwards , I Had It Falling In Both Directions, Thankfully I Was Still Washing Dishes And Was Able To Quickly Rush To The Two Tier Strainer Before All My Plates Crashed To The Counter Or Floor ! It’s A Nice Metal Strainer, I Can’t Understand Why They Skimped On The Rest Of It !!!
Very small, not sturdy at all. It’s not even decent at best. Also, pay attention to the design the fact that both top %26 bottom are the same length make it’s worse. If the top was smaller living a bigger space for the bottom rack to put larger items it’d have made it a bit better.
This thing os embarrassingly bad. its flimsy, it doesnt hook together solidy enough yo hold weight, and the legs on it are off by a half inch on one side. I can literally fit my finger under the gap, so it won't stay steady enough to hold dishes without falling over.
