my fan arrived on time and in great condition. i was surprised to get a screwdriver with it for assembly. there were no assembly i structions but was easy enough to figure out. the only thing i had a problem with was the fan cage retainer ring. was difficult to wrangle but got it in and tightened up. it is relatively quiet and on low setting mo es the air quite well. 10/10, will recommend.
The fan is nice. What is missing from the instructions is when attacking the post to the bottom use the large washer on the underside to give stability. These instructions are missing completely. You may need a plyers to hole the fan rod while you unscrew the base nut and the fan not. They were over tightened on my unit. The plastic ring holding the cage together is much easier to install on the front piece and then fix to the back piece in my experience. Or you will need many hands to hold it in place. The fan though looking flimsy does move air well and is very quiet. Is it worth the list of $249? Not in my opinion. The sale price of $59 is just about the correct price point.
First this fan is horrible to setup. The plastic ring you're supposed to use to keep the front on is a pain to get on there. The screw that keeps the blade on the motor comes loose due to having barely any thread. The features are nice but a few upgrades would improve lot.
The absolute worst thing ever to exist. Super difficult to put together. Everything is just so flimsy and cheaply made. We finally gave up and ordered a cheaper one off Amazon. Not even worth your time or effort.
I would give this a minus star if possible. You get thin plastic junk for the money. If I would have paid full retail for this I would have flipped. Sixty some dollars bad enough.BUYER STRONGLY beware. Do yourself a favor and spend a few dollars more!!
Getting ready to return this fan. It keeps shutting off! If we bump it, it'll start up again. Fortunately we didn't pay the over $200 they wanted originally for this fan but we still paid too much if it ain't gonna work right. Don't know what's wrong with it but fortunately bought a 3-yr warranty so it's going back.
I open the box and there's not even instructions on how to put the pole together. this thing is cheaply made and just garbage for $65 I've got a $20 fan that's built stronger than this. the metal grates on the fan literally bend if you touch them wrong returning this piece of junk
This is the worst fan and purchase i have ever made with inline shopping... fist the cage that surrounds the blades is absolutely ridiculous to put on almost impossible for just one person to put together bc its like a belt that you have to wrap around, just insane for that process and i am a very very patient person and this was too much. The item also came damaged in a few places im assuming from shipping which was fine as long as it still worked... then the blade s push the air in directions that fan isnt even pionted at then to top it off i accidentally touched the blades and sliced my finger tip open... I really thought a fan listed at 250.00 for reduced price of 60.00 was a deal and it must be a good item to be that cost... I already threw the box away by the time my husband mde it home to put together which is a life lesson learnt... absolutely the worst item please dont buy
The lowest speed is high and loud. The fan is designed badly because the only thing keeping the front and back grates together is this thin piece of plastic that's a pain to get on. The back grate does not sit in against the back panel deep enough, so you can't screw the lock on it all the way. It's dangerous cause at any moment things could loosen and fly all over the place. The fan blades and grates start to wobble and doesn't blow air anymore but if you turn it off and back on then the air blows again but starts to wobble again after 15 minutes and stops blowing air. It's actually dangerous.
Got this fan as a flash deal over memorial weekend. Paid $57 for it- supposedly the original price was $250, so really awesome deal. I could have gotten a $20 fan and saved my money. Flimsy blade cage, the cover for the motor is cheap plastic and the stand does not hold the pole tight so the fan wobbles on its base. Instructions were only for the blades and cover, the rest you are on your own to figure out!
