Quitting smoking is difficult and this really helps. It tastes good and helps to stave off the cravings. I would recommend for people who are trying to quit.

It doesn't last very long but, I was only using it for craves. I wore a patch so that's what helped.

This item is a rip off the way it is designed. The battery dies quick, no way to charge it to finish getting the rest of the juice used. Big time rip off.
