Love this hamper, it looks so nice in our bathroom. It did take a little while to put together but wasn't too bad. I'm definitely happy with this purchase!

I love my hamper. The quality is excellent . I love the fact that I have my clothes sorted. It makes doing the laundry easier. The hamper is a little challenging to assemble.

I was in need of a laundry hamper and wanted to upgrade from the classic plastic basket and I am so thankful I did. This looks so much nicer in my home and can hold so much laundry in the two compartments. I love that it comes with fabric bags to catch the clothes to make transport easy. The design makes it look as if its a dresser, no one will know that its my dirty laundry! It took me ~45 minutes to put this together by myself and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. Just need a screwdriver

Arrived on time and is exactly as described in photo. Like that it has legs to keep any clothes and bottom of hamper off floor in case of water. Easy to reach clothes in bottom because of tilt out. Item is very heavy and harder to put together than expected.

One of the pieces was defective. Board '3' that was one side of the pull out hamper had holes drilled in the wrong place so I wasn't able to attach parts 6/7 correctly. And because that part didn't fit correctly, the bar used to hang the canvas bags in the hamper didn't work. Also, one of the dowels wouldn't screw in to board 3 because it was threaded wrong. Which means the stopper for the pull out hamper didn't work. For as much as this cost, it's frustrating. And you don't realize the problem till you've sweated 2 hours to get to this part. I just used it without the bags and with it missing a stopper. Otherwise, nice design, nice color, perfect compact, yet good for storage size. If everything had worked correctly it would be a 5 star rating. But it's basically a defective piece of furniture now. Almost useless.

We liked the concept of a laundry hamper that resembled furniture. Unfortunately in addition to being time consuming to assemble, I discovered that one of the parts was defective. I contacted the company on November 15 and left a message about this and tomorrow it will be a week and I still haven't heard back. I got tired of waiting for a reply so I had to go to the hardware store and improvise because of the defective part and you can tell it's not right. Additionally when put together the bins rub against the frame.

It is a pretty laundry hamper, however it is not worth the money. Parts did not line up correctly, and 1 of the 4 hinges that were given was different causing the cabinet to not fit and the one side to be crooked. So disappointed as I had to wait to build but so disappointed I did nit return immediately
