Simple but effective wired controller for Nintendo Switch. The controller is well designed and the buttons have a good clicky feel. Nothing special but it gets the job done at a great value.
Buttons are softer and really comfortable. I have bigger hands but this is still really comfy and looks very handsome hehe. I was able to jam some thumb grips on them as well but It stretched them out to the point where they only fit this controller now which is fine but the original grips on it are just weird to me but I still like a lot about it. The only bad thing is the Dpad, sometimes you'll press up and itll press on if the side buttons or something which can be annoying but it's nothing crazy, just gotta get use to it.
I'm in absolute love with this controller! What I like about it the most is the transparent shell of the controller, the color scheme and how saturated they are and of course, the Bowser in the bottom right-hand corner. The buttons are a little firm yet soft when you press on them and the controller in itself is a bit smaller than your regular wireless pro controller (I personally have "small" hands for a guy so it fits perfectly in them) It's not a wireless controller but it does have a detachable cable, and a long one at that, which I truly appreciate. All in all I love it and it's by far the best lil' controller I've ever purchased!
Great I have boys they got this controller and put slam in it by mistake but we let it dry out and it still work so yea its a great controller for young boys and it looks cool
Recently bought for my little brother. He loves it due to the color! Great idea for nintendo to do. Runs a little small in comparison to the regular wireless controllers but perfect for kids with smaller hands.
Nice small controller for those who may have smaller hands. Keep in mind, theres no vibration, but the body does allow room for it if you want to add it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This controller comes in a variety of colors. I thought that I was supposed to get Blue-Merang which was probably my favorite color choice but I received Pineapple Pop instead which unfortunately was my least favorite color. Color aside this controller has a detachable 8 ft cord so it is wired not wireless. It is also very lightweight compared to other Nintendo Switch controllers that we have at home. It functions just fine though, I had no problems playing with it and it is officially licensed by Nintendo which is a plus. The design of the controller is see through which is actually really cool looking. I just played some Super Smash bros with it and I had no problem kicking butt. Overall a great addition to our gaming collection.
Ok, so I bought this controller with a low expectations in mind. I didn't want to spend another $70 on a pro controller so I got this one for $20 or so. No rumble, no NFC, no wireless. That's fine...except if you buy an Xbox controller for the same price by the same company, you get rumble! Makes no sense. The grips are a tad bit small for my larger hands but I can still adjust to the form factor. What I HATE though is that they switched the middle button layout. Where home is where is supposed to be and vice versa. A very big irritant as I kept hitting home for pause and capturing unwanted photos. It's an ok stick for racing and smash Bros. I would only recommend this as an auxiliary stick or one you give to a child who breaks controllers easily.
This controller broke right away the next day my son was using it from the button A and my kids are very careful with there stuff then he bought another one at the store because he insisted he wanted the same one he really liked it and the same thing happened but now the letter Y .
It doesn't work. I looked up assistance to make sure I was hooking it up to the Switch correctly, but it still didn't work. I was disappointed because I've bought Rock Candy controllers for different systems for years.
