Rocky Mountain Thunder Single Serve Coffee Cups, 18 Ct

A good, basic, bold coffee in a K-cup format. The product is boxed well and contains 18 K-cups...a real boon since many of the other brands offer only 10 ~ 12 cups per box. We are big coffee drinkers in this household, so it's nice to have a few extra K-cups to depend on.

This is my first time trying this brand but this is probably the best K-Cup coffee I have had. I love dark roasts and Its FULL of flavor, even in a bigger mug (this is sometimes a problem as it can have a watered down flavor if you pour more than 8 oz). Its nice and dark and smooth but without the "bite" at the end, meaning not much acidity.

Rocky Mountain Thunder Dark Roast 18CT CUPS Rocky Mountain Thunder Dark Roast packaged for k-cup brewing is a brand that I was curious about and am glad to be able to try. The standard box containing all the brewing pods was not perforated well but I was able to tear it open easily enough so that was a very minor issue with packaging only. As with other coffee and beverage products designed to brew in Keurig type machines, I inserted my first pod in the pod-holder unit of my brewer. It brewed the same way other k-cups do and soon I was ready to start enjoying the brewed coffee which smelled good and strong. The first sip was rewarded by a bold and satisfying rich flavor, unenhanced. When I added cream and sugar, the bold flavor was still there and it tasted good to me either way. Both the initial aroma and the immediate taste upon the palette combined for an enjoyable drink. Comparing it against recent coffees I've used in my Keurig (McDonald's roast and Green Mountain Nantucket blend), I would rate this brand above Green Mountain and on par with McDonald's). It holds up well in comparison with other brands I've tried from conventional brewing and even ready-made beverages bought from coffee shops. I will continue to check out this brand the next chance I get

Great blend of coffee. It brews great and smells amazing right out of the Keurig. I added some "extra extra" creamer and it was definitely one of my new favorites. 18 pods come in the box for a great value. I have never really been a dark roast coffee drinker but this may have changed my opinions for sure. I'm a huge fan of the packaging with all the mountains and colors as well.

I am a big drinker of coffee, and I love all different kinds. I was very happy with the taste of this coffee. I was a little apprehensive about a coffee product in CO but was quite surprise in the taste and aroma when I was brewing this. I tried it first with my flavored creamer as I always drink mine this way, but it hide the taste I thought it should have so I tried it again with just regular creamer and so very surprised at how bold it tasted. I love my coffee strong, not burnt tasting and this is just right. If you like strong coffee that doesn't leave an after taste this is the coffee to buy.

I just recently bought myself a new coffee maker and decided to try a new brand of coffee. This coffee has to be one of my favorites that I have tried thus far. I love a good dark roast coffee with a splash of creamer. This dark roast coffee is flavorful and bold. It is delicious and has an amazing roasted flavor. Highly recommend this coffee. It is amazing.

I really enjoy this rocky mountain coffee, very happy I found it. I'd never heard of it before. The kcups are easy to use and don't leak the coffee grounds. The flavor is magnificent, it's dark, rich and bold but not at all bitter. Just a normal ce, strong and very satisfying cup of coffee.

I really enjoyed drinking this coffee. It has a nice rich, bold flavor. K cups are my go to type of brew and these pods were very good. No grounds were on my cup after brewing, whereas other brands leave the grounds. I loved the dark roast flavor. Made a great cup of coffee.

I love coffee but I am not a coffee snob. I like my coffee rich but not burnt. I occasionally enjoy the caramel flavor or buttery flavor but most days, I like it with a strong flavor, caffeinated without any weird aftertaste. This is a review for Boyer's Coffee Rocky Mountain Thunder Dark Roast. This came in the method of Keurig pods. The box contained 18 pods. As I said previously, I like a rich or bold coffee like French Roast or Sumatra. This coffee was very pleasing as it has a rich and bold flavor but it doesn't taste burned. There is no acidic after-effects or weird aftertaste. It is a full bodied coffee that is very satisfying and doesn't leave you disappointed. This brand and type will surely be on my shopping list because it is exactly the kind of coffee I enjoy. As the company advertises, the coffee is roasted and packed a Mile High but can be enjoyed at all altitudes. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys a full rich flavorful cup of coffee.

With a name like Rocky Mountain Thunder I was expecting A much stronger coffee. It seemed more like a mild medium roast rather than a dark roast. The coffee did have a nice aroma that did give me hope... but alas, it came up short. Now, to be fair, I prefer very strong bold and flavorful coffees. So if it doesn't reach this plateau then I'm usually unimpressed. If I was comparing this to medium roast coffee it would fare better. It reminded me of a decent coffee that you might get at a corner diner. Acceptable, but not impressive. It also left a slight dirty aftertaste. On a good note, if you are conscientious about the environment, the pods have a easy remove top that makes it quite simple to empty and recycle.
