This product is good but I made it better by adding peppermint oil to it to strengthen it...2% in this bottle I felt was not enough to keep the mice from coming back! I saturated cotton pads with the product and stuff them in areas I know this animal loves to migrate to...so far it is working and I also have the vibrators in the wall so I am seeing great results!

I'm not sure yet if it works. It's only been a couple days since I used it. We have a real problem with raccoons destroying our garden, so I have high hopes. It has a pleasant minty smell and is easy to use. It is a smaller bottle than it looks in the ad and the spray is very fine so it doesn't propel very far.

This did nothing. I live in the country. I have a mouse that lives under my electric stove and one in my guest room closet behind some Rubbermaid storage tubs that run under the tall boy dresser in the room. I think they actually like this stuff. I wish I could get my money back. I even tried those pouches that did nothing. After three days on my stove, it was being pulled into the stove/oven vent area. Maybe I have Super Mice?? I bought two humane traps.

I bought this product to keep raccoons off my deck. Unfortunately it didn't work at all. Very disappointing as the cost was high for the size of the container. (I should have read the fine print.) I sprayed a thick mist on the steps and after the coons sniffed it they tread right through it.

I sprayed it in the areas that was suggested and it seemed to have droppings like it was laughing at us so got an exterminator
