I could not use this with my android Samsung smart phone but I found that it works with my speaker to keep it charged. It also works with a solar camping lamp that I use. It works with an older lightpad for crafts I'm currently using also. I have a few other items it works with as well. I think it's very convenient to have extra long cables as well as extra cables in general. Sometimes they go kaput or get lost and it's good to have backups. The length helps replace the short cables that come with the product and never quite reach well. I would recommend it.

I got this cord because I have this device that is so old and sad that it won't stay on unless it stays plugged in. The length on this cable is great because it is so long that you don't have to be sitting right on top of an outlet to use it. I've always favored braided cords because they seem to last longer and just have a better look. The charging capability on this is fine, no better or worse than any other cable of this type I have owned.

This 10' Micro USB charger cable is excellent for the person that sits on the sofa and reviews phone calls or emails, while their phone is charging up. I say that because my outlet is behind the sofa and a short charger cable isn't long enough to still be able to use the phone while it is charging. Also the since the cord is braided it's flexible not rigid. This is also good since I use it a lot while it is charging. It seems to charge just as quickly as any other charger does. The color options are nice and the price is fair.

This is a great cable. Some cables don't have a secure fit in lots of devices. This cable had a secure fit and is 10 feet long. The best of both worlds. It's a braided cord but feels really good in hand. Overall it has good quality and gets the job done
