Roku - 65" Class Plus Series 4K QLED Mini-LED Smart RokuTV

First of all I am 80 years old and not very techie. The Ruku remote is the most user friendly remote I have owned, setup was easiest of all previous TV's This is day two and there is a slower transition to Streaming which is totally new to me. I think each day will get easier as Ilearn how to use the apps and create a favorites list. My hearing is beginning to fail, I wear hearing aids. This RUKU TV has the best quality sound of any TV I have ever owned! The color and sharpness is extremely good, best ever!

The Roku TV has great picture quality and the in built sound speaker is also surprisingly good compared to usual TVs. Very handy with all the apps and the Bluetooth functionality for headphones and external speakers is a game changer for when others are sleeping in the house but you don't want to compromise on sound.

The picture quality is stunning and so is the sound. It's much easier to navigate applications on this Roku. I've had the Samsung, which is terrible and I also have the LG, which has terrible sound quality in the picture got dark after a couple of years. My daughter recommended this and I'm so glad it's the best TV I've ever owned!

This Roku TV is performing very well. The picture is very sharp and superb! The sound is tremendous and feels like I have additional speakers attached, which I don't. If you're looking for a TV, I definitely would recommend giving this one a try.

The picture is good, the Roku interface is easy to use with a lot of free channels. The sound however is only fair. The TV case vibrates and hums at higher volume. A couple of times the tv wouldnt recognize the HDMI signal from my Dish satelite box, but it xorrected itself quickly. All in all Im satisfied but I may need to buy a sound bar.

This is my second Roku and it's an amazing television. The picture is noticeably better than anything I've had. The sound has great bass but I haven't figured out how to balance it with speech. I would buy again

The back frame of the TV is bent, causing the side to pull away from the screen and emit the bright white LED light from the side of the unit. There's also a less bright spot in the screen where the bend is. It wasn't evident until I had everything setup and turned it on. Walmart won't replace it and will only offer a refund upon return. It was on sale, but not now so if I want the same one it's an additional $170. Now I either have to uninstall everything, pack it back into the box. Lug it to my local Walmart. Come up with the money and order another one - hoping that it won't be damaged this time. Or, find a way to live with it because the hassle is more than I care to deal with. In addition, I was watching the tracking and this unit was in a Walmart warehouse literally less than 5 miles from my house. How did they ship it? They sent it to a distribution hub more than 200 miles away, and then shipped it to me from there. You would think for items as fragile as HDTV screens they would find a better method in order to reduce handling of fragile goods. The picture on this TV is amazing, which makes it hard not to live with the damage since I'm not sure I can get another one and if I can it's definitely going to cost me about $200 more.

Screen Busted/ Returned it Fed X busted it box was tore at the top right where the screen was busted. Looked like something had been piled on top of it. Should handle TV with better care!!! Fragile should be posted on TV boxes or make Fed X drivers pay the seller for the items Thanks

The screen is separating from the frame.

box looked as though it was taped again. Dirty and scraped up. Between the store and FedEx it was not handled well
