Better All the Time
I own several Roku`s and this latest one is the fastest, most advanced, best working one yet. I like being able to use it for control of my television's volume too.

Plug n play Roku more than worth the price
Trying to downsize my cable costs, I purchased this Roku stick. It was basically 'plug and play'. It opens a whole new world of entertainment. Great purchase, great price!

Box is mislabeled
Be very careful about the product you receive. The website said "Roku Streaming Stick 4K Streaming Device 4K/HDR/ Dolby Vision" but what I received was a Roku Express HD. Those are two different products, and the Express is inferior to the 4k. The barcode label says "Roku Streaming 4k" so they've mislabeled their product and are sending out the cheaper version.

Item not delivered as tracking claims.
the item has not been delivered after tracking statement reported that the item had been delivered. The follow up email states that I should search for it in my neighborhood. A follow up states that it will be researched and respond in 24 hours. It has been five days with no response.
