Roku Voice Remote - NEW

My Roku Voice Remote is genuine and new -everything looks as pictured. It came in the box with two new AAA Duracells (but I put them aside and used the Energizers from my old remote). Everything works great -turns my tv on/off, volume/mute/voice function all working fine. I have an LG tv and run all off my old Roku 3800x streaming stick. This is compatable with: Roku 3 and 4, Roku Express (model 3931), Roku Premiere and Premiere , Roku Streaming Stick (model 3600, 3800) and Streaming Stick (model 3810), Roku Ultra LT, Roku Ultra, Roku Smart Soundbar, Roku® Streambar, and Roku TV. Now, here is a tip for pairing if you have difficulty: Before you put in the batteries (or take them out if you already put them in), turn your tv completely off (even leave it unplugged a minute). Turn tv on... NOW put your batteries in the remote... it should automatically do it's pairing thing but if it doesn't... press the pairing button (see my picture) and hold it for about 3/5 seconds then let go. Your tv should show it paired. If you didn't follow the exact order of tv off then tv on then batteries in the remote... it might not work.

It was very simple to connect to my TCL Roku tv. The original voice remote was lost. Works as the original one that came with the tv.

Works quite well. Very pleased so far. Purchased about 6 weeks ago. Setup is simple and quick.

This is for tvs that are not Roku tvs, but have the Roku box. It has the tv volume controls and power button. It programs to your tv set. It has the mute button and speak button. It took me awhile to finf this, but it is the best Roku remote with all the features.

I bought 2 of these. 1 for a roku TV and 1 for a roku express I have hooked to another TV. I was able to pair both super easy. I was pleasantly surprised when it automatically paired to control my regular TV when I was pairing it to the roku express. Will be purchasing more of these for my kids roku enabled devices.

Fast acting remote. Love the voice feature. It is a point anywhere remote which I enjoy because the remote that came with my TCL tv was hard to manage for you have to point it directly at the infared area for remote to respond. Highly recommend for a replacement

You know I only bought this due to the voice search feature for my roku express box. I was not aware of it being able to also power my tv off and also control my tv’s volume. Once I added batteries to the remote it automatically linked to my Roku box that was on. Plus a battery meter shows up on screen on occasion. Difinitely worth the upgrade

I like the new remotes. Easy to set up, came with batteries, fast shipping. Only thing I wish it did was let you say what you wanted to search for within an app for my 4 year old since she can’t type out what she wants to watch instead it just searches for an additional app. But other than that it’s awesome. She loves talking to the remote lol. It say hello, you’re welcome, goodbye to her and she enjoys that.

So nice to be able to control the tv volume and to have a microphone. Setup was pretty easy. One little glitch I found was when setting up the tv controls it asked if music was playing. I clicked yes. Then it asked if the music stopped and it hadn’t but I pushed yes again. It worked just fine then. If you push no it will want you to put a code in which it doesn’t explain that part. Overall, I’m very happy with this remote.
